Jamie went way above and beyond our expectations, working his day off and even messaging me whilst on holiday to ensure our house was sold and completed in record time. My house sold within two weeks of being marketed and the photos, video tour and viewings were outstanding. Having marketed with a local independent estate agent prior for seven months with time wasters, inappropriate viewers, incomplete chains and failing to secure a suitable buyer, we placed our faith in Chinneck Shaw. The team of Chinneck Shaw Estate Agency was brilliant.The whole procedure of letting my apartment was super quick and simple.Property was rented for a long period of time and of course ,we have had some minor problems through all this years , which quickly were sorted out with a help of the team.
Due to nature of my work I have to move away from Portsmouth ,but agency still providing good support to they customers.I would like to say huge thanks to Glynis , who is resending to me my private correspondence with important documents to my new adrress.I highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-notch real estate services!
