If there was a higher value than 10 out of 10 the staff at Chinneck Shaw would be 1,000!!! We put our house on the market in January 2020 initially with a different agent. A few weeks of being on the market with very view viewings, we viewed a house which we fell in love with that was being advertise by Chinneck Shaw. We met with Will and explained our circumstances regarding the agent we were using. Always being professional Will gave us some advice and hoped we sold out house quickly. The next day we put in an offer which was accepted on our dream house. Later that day I had a phone call from Will as he felt very passionate about helping us sell our house and gave me lots of advice about how we can advertise our house to its maximum. Eventually we were able to leave our current agent and move to Chinneck Shaw and I have to say we have never looked back. Sadly because of the pandemic we had to sell our house 3 times but we finally moved into our dream house in August! The photos that Jamie from Chinneck Shaw took were far more professional that our previous agent, we had approximately 10 viewings between February and July which considering we were in lockdown from March until May is quite a few. We were always kept informed by Will, Jamie or Tim and they were always very courteous, pleasant and spoke honestly during any updates we received which were very regular and always after a viewing. They worked tirelessly to sell our house so that we could keep the house of our dreams. Not that we plan to move for a long time but if we did, we wouldn't hesitate to contact Chinneck Shaw. Thank you for all your efforts and I would not hesitate to recommend Chinneck Shaw as an agent.

I have dealt with 7 letting agencies in the past 13 years and without a doubt Chinneck Shaw was best. They are professional, very friendly, quick to respond. Never had any problems, my move went smoothly, during the tenancy every problem we had was solved quickly and we got all our deposit back when we moved out. Huge thank you to the Portsmouth brunch, I can only recommend them!

We chose to sell our home with Chinneck Shaw, they were very professional throughout. Even when there were a couple of technical issues, they dealt with them quickly. Nothing was too much hassle for them. Chinneck Shaw were so helpful during what was a long and stressful process of the buying/selling process. even though technically they were acting on behalf of the sellers and I was a buyer, I felt really supported. Unlike other agents, their staff offer an exceptional service for both landlords and their tenants.
