Whilst I was looking to purchase a house , Ellie Peters who works as a negotiator was so professional, helpful and kind during this process. She tried very hard to find us a suitable house and kept in constant contact with me, ensuring I got as much information as possible regarding new houses coming on the market within their office. It was greatly appreciated by us. We were very impressed.

Fox and Sons were fantastic from start to finish. They listened to what we wanted from our property with no pressure put upon us. We were always greeted by friendly staff who did exactly what they said they would. Couldn't ask for more from an estate agent. Would thoroughly recommend.

I'm really happy with my experience with Fox & Sons. I spoke to lots of Estate Agents in the area during my 7 month search and I can honestly say that F&S were the most caring and attentive. It actually felt like I was a valued customer rather than just another viewer to throw properties at.
I'm so pleased to have had Jordan as my mortgage advisor, she explained the buying process so well to me and my mum and helped me with all the concerns and queries I had during it. I can't recommend her highly enough.
Also a mention to Gemma, the estate agent at F&S who was so lovely and always felt excited for me. And the general niceness of all the other agents in the office who took a moment to say hello and goodbye during my visits. I'd be happy to recommend Fox & Sons, and their associated branches, the Portsmouth branch in particular. Thank you again for all your help and support!

Just want to say how grateful I am to Jordan (mortgage advisor) she was absolutely amazing throughout our recent remortgage. From helping me and my partner look at our options to obtaining a mortgage agreement in principle from a new lender to explaining everything really simply! Cannot praise her enough. She understood our budget needs and we were approved by a new lender with affordable monthly repayments which was all down to Jordan. She was always an email or phone call away and she understood the stress of our situation and was very good at listening and getting tasks completed for us. We have recently completed our remortgage so just want to say to others that it is possible to do in current financial situation.

I wish I had never entertained them at all. I am now left waiting out a 20 week tie in, that I was never told about in the first instance and did not recieve the contract until it was too late to pull out. The house was over valued in the first instance and then spoiled any chance it had on the market. I had a total of 8 viewings across 8 weeks, which in this area is ridiculous, as this is a much sought after street/area. I lost all confidence in this company and am quite frankly disgusted by them. I would warn others to stay well away from them in the future, due to incompetence, dishonesty and lack of integrity

We have recently used Fox and Sons Portsmouth to move house and from the outset the whole team went above and beyond to make our sale go as smoothly as possible. Gemma, Adam, Gemma and Jordan were so informative and always explained the process in a clear way. It took so much pressure off knowing that we had them to help and support along the way. Communication was consistent throughout the sale and Jordan our mortgage advisor was amazing. She helped explain in detail all the important things we needed to know and the service she provides is excellent value for money. Whenever we had a query or wanted to double check or run things through with her she would reply instantly and be ready to give us all the information we required. We felt very safe in her hands and I would highly recommend her services as well as the whole team at fox and sons! We are now happy in our new home!

Fox and Sons team were absolutely incredible in helping us find and buy our first ever home! All the team are so friendly, welcoming and polite. They were on hand anytime we had any questions and concerns, they made us feel really comfortable as we had never done this before and we didn't know what to expect, but it was made so much easier with them. A very special thank you to Adam who showed us the property, Gemma who was there throughout the whole journey and kept in contact with us to keep us updated, even between the Christmas period and Jordan from sequence who talked us all through the mortgage information and broke it down so we understood it all. It was great customer service and I'm so pleased we did it all through them. Would 100% recommend to others. Thank you so much! ??

Words can’t explain how amazing the staff here at Fox and Sons are!! Emily Jones especially made our move in process one of the best yet! We had felt so relaxed while this process took place and could really rely on her which gave us less to worry about! She was quick and efficient and got us moved in within a week!! Emily is fantastic at her job and to top that off she has been ever so kind and professional!! Honestly couldn’t have asked for a better agent to guide us through our move! Thank you Emily!!
