I wish I had never entertained them at all. I am now left waiting out a 20 week tie in, that I was never told about in the first instance and did not recieve the contract until it was too late to pull out. The house was over valued in the first instance and then spoiled any chance it had on the market. I had a total of 8 viewings across 8 weeks, which in this area is ridiculous, as this is a much sought after street/area. I lost all confidence in this company and am quite frankly disgusted by them. I would warn others to stay well away from them in the future, due to incompetence, dishonesty and lack of integrity

We have recently used Fox and Sons Portsmouth to move house and from the outset the whole team went above and beyond to make our sale go as smoothly as possible. Gemma, Adam, Gemma and Jordan were so informative and always explained the process in a clear way. It took so much pressure off knowing that we had them to help and support along the way. Communication was consistent throughout the sale and Jordan our mortgage advisor was amazing. She helped explain in detail all the important things we needed to know and the service she provides is excellent value for money. Whenever we had a query or wanted to double check or run things through with her she would reply instantly and be ready to give us all the information we required. We felt very safe in her hands and I would highly recommend her services as well as the whole team at fox and sons! We are now happy in our new home!

Fox and Sons team were absolutely incredible in helping us find and buy our first ever home! All the team are so friendly, welcoming and polite. They were on hand anytime we had any questions and concerns, they made us feel really comfortable as we had never done this before and we didn't know what to expect, but it was made so much easier with them. A very special thank you to Adam who showed us the property, Gemma who was there throughout the whole journey and kept in contact with us to keep us updated, even between the Christmas period and Jordan from sequence who talked us all through the mortgage information and broke it down so we understood it all. Words can’t explain how amazing the staff here at Fox and Sons are!! Emily Jones especially made our move in process one of the best yet! We had felt so relaxed while this process took place and could really rely on her which gave us less to worry about! She was quick and efficient and got us moved in within a week!! We had a very positive experience selling a flat through this branch, from initial contact and appraisal with Gemma, through the selling process managed by Adam. The property was not expensive and so we had thought that contact with the branch may be difficult as they would be busy and prioritise the more expensive property on their lists, this however was not the case. Communication and updates were regular and concise, we were never left waiting on a response and the interactions were personable and professional. Living a few hours drive from Portsmouth meant being reliant on the team, and they did everything to help manage this remotely.
Would highly recommend.

Even though selling flats is more difficult in this current market, Fox and Sons were tenacious and sold my flat. Their service throughout has been good, quote, sale and after the sale. Dealt with Adam mainly for the after sale. He responds promptly and kept me updated throughout. Gemma was also very helpful. Would recommend and use again.

I am a first time buyer and while I didn't buy through fox and Sons I felt with Jordan Nicholas who is a mortgage advisor for Sequence. She's was amazing at explaining everything to me as there is a lot of legal and technical jargon which makes no sense. She supported me the whole way along even after her bit was done, she chased my solicitors and emailed me frequently to see how I was getting on.
I finially exchanged yesterday and I am so thank full that I was able to rely on her the whole way through!
