From day one the letting side of Choices Redhill proved to be unprofessional and unreliable. Never returning calls and barely responded to emails. How they can operate a lettings business in such a manner is beyond all comprehension.

My tenancy was due for renewal and I owed monies to them for my future rent. In order to pay them I left numerous calls which were not returned, sent multiple emails, all were not responded to. In the end due to their inconsistent communication payment for my renewal was late as was the renewal. So their strategy seems to be to ignore any responsibilities. In the end I had to ask my landlord to leverage them into responding. Bearing in mind this was in order to pay them. Never once did they apologise for being impossible to deal with, instead they made numerous excuses for their behaviour.

At the end of this sorry business, my landlord ended their contract with them and went to a more professional agency. it's such a shame that this small office seems to be ruining the reputation of Choices.
