We bought our home recently (October 2019) I found the staff helpful and polite - Nichole even though we never met you were a big help for chasing information when we felt a little bit out of the loop, so thank you for that. Godferry and Dionne I believe your a credit to the company thanks for dealing with us. The in-house mortgage advisor was also very helpful (Lindsay) I believe she has left but I'm sure her replacement will be just as good. I would recommend this Company for buying your home but Do not use the in house solicitors that's why its 4 star and not 5. I look forward to dealing with you again in the future. Enquired about a property on a Saturday, but they failed to tell me it had an offer on it already. Was told to contact Nichole on the Monday, unfortunately it was her day off. No reply on phone so ended up talking to another branch. They arranged a call back which never happened. Eventually got hold of somebody in Crawley who told me the offer had been accepted on Saturday. Why they didn't tell me this when I visited their office I don't know. Presumably they didn't bother to tell the seller there was further interest in the property before he accepted the first offer either. Not impressed at all... Read more

If you are here, looking for a mortgage adviser you can stop looking now because you have just found the best one in town! LINDSAY JUDD have organised our mortgage from start to finish and the service provided was top class! On day 1 when we met July for the first time she took some basic information from us: income, address etcetera and we spent maybe 30 minutes in the office together. Later during the day (not even 4 hours later) we have received our first very important document – Decision in Principle which confirms the amount of the mortgage you can get. We have been over the moon because it was more than we needed and on day 1 we already knew we can afford our dream house. You can’t get better news on a first day! No way! I could go write here 10 pages about Lindsay and only in superlatives! I will mentioned about the most important things that everyone who decides to carry out a mortgage application would like to know and experience. Lindsay got our mortgage offer organised in 12 days! She was always replying to our emails instantly or wit minimum waiting time when she was on meetings. She made us feel that we are being looked after and things are moving. It is very important because when you are buying a house the seller normally gives you 35 days to exchange contracts between yourselves (your solicitor and sellers solicitor). And this what you want to see! That things are moving towards the exchange of the contracts. Lindsay on our behalf was constantly chasing the solicitors who can be a proper pain. Believe me, I know what I’m saying here. Lindsay was in contact with them every time on our request and without it! All those things make you feel that you are in good hands and your case is being looked after properly! So, search no more! Absolute shower. My partner paid a fortune for a sub standard service - all they basically did was post the property on rightmove. Purple Bricks can do that for a few hundred quid. After that and once the house was "sold" - they frequently LIED to others in the chain and periodically failed to return phone calls. AVOID AVOID AVOID... Read more

I wanted to write this review to say a big thank you to John Disilva & Ella Roberts for helping us out in finding a house when we needed their help the most. We were put in a tough spot by the Choices agents by canceling our move at the last minute without doing their homework. We were left with no option but to put our stuff in Storage and move into a temporary accommodation. This is when John came to our rescue and went extra miles and phoned numerous landlords, sent letters in order to help us find a new property in order to save us from living in a temporary accommodation and paying a huge amount of money for storage. I love their professionalism, sincerity and attitude towards service.
