Wow... Neil has to be the best estate agent I've spoken to in over a year of looking for a house with my partner. I didn't end up being a customer (yet) but the level of care and detail this man showed is exceptional. I hope his manager sees this and gives him a raise... no seriously, we've spoken to dozens of estate agents who couldn't be asked, act as if you're eating into their precious time or lead you on for their own interests. Not Neil, he was transparent and reassured me to stick with a house I'm purchasing with a different estate agency (purple bricks) that is integrity and professionalism. His knowledge of the area and the market are vast and he was able to give me a lot of advice and insight without 'selling' anything which is very refreshing. We will probably take on a tenant or lodger when we've renovated our property and without hesitation I will contact Neil.... Read more

I just went through the renting process with Churchs. Shermaine was extremely helpful throughout the process and exuded professionalism. Her communication was excellent, and she was constantly assuring me and my wife throughout the process. I would strongly advise anyone considering working with an estate agent to use them. A year later John helped us move into our current home. He went out of his way to ensure we got a bigger house ,at a chepaer price in a much more nicer Neighbourhood. John in particular provided above and beyond service, helping us every step of the way with not only selling our home but helping us find a property even though we were relocating out of the area. From the valuation to completion day he was always there to help and answer any question's. Without John, I don’t know what we would have done. Thank you John and the team for helping with our move.
