Being a landlord for the first time is daunting. Gina and Snr partner Mark met with me at my home and gave me reassurances that my property would be properly cared for. Having a Snr partner with years of experience there to answer my questions made me feel very important (big tick!) Gina is great. She is lovely and professional at the same time! Equity offered me competitive rates, took great photo's and within weeks my property was snapped up! My handover to the management Team was also seamless. I found Equity's welcome pack very informative. In all, Excellent, excellent, professional, customer-centered care and attention to detail. FIVE STARS from a very happy customer. Thanks Equity!
