This used to be a decent enough place until they employed idiots during the pandemic. The Shirley one who started in 2021 is particularly rude and obnoxious. Rented through this agents for over 5 years. This company was very good to begin with though but over the time we were with them they became rather rude. As a tenant we had a responsibility of reporting any faults. We were good tenents and always payed out send on time. Annual inspections were fine and always reported faults and communicated with them. They were unprofessional in many aspects when it came to certain communication and approached ourselves at times with very little sensitivity and sometimes a little rudeness and sometimes really rude and personal rather than a neutral professional and respectful approach. They also seemed really scared of many of their clients who owned the properties.... Read more
