Booked a viewing to a vacant property (round the corner from their office), received the confirmation text and email, then a reminder text on the day. Turned up but no one from the agency was there. Phoned up and a lady took my details and said she would investigate. 10 minutes later (waiting outside the property), a guy phones me up and said that due to a technical error the booking didn’t show up on their end, and that unfortunately all agents are out at other viewings so no one can come to the house. Utterly ridiculous! He was not apologetic at all and said it was just one of those things. I pointed out that we had taken the time out of our day and got a bus to view the property. This guy’s attitude was so cocky and unprofessional, not offering any sort of solution. I texted him after the call asking for his name; he replied with just the office email address and then clearly blocked my number. Utterly spineless. Don’t waste your time with these cowboys. Oh, and I still got the generic “What did you think of the property you viewed?” email later the same day!
RESPONSE TO REPLY FROM AGENCY: I only swore at the incompetent person on the phone at the very end before I hung up. Their attitude was antagonistic, hence why I ended up swearing. You have written “as such, your viewing was cancelled” which is utterly ludicrous. You didn’t turn up to the viewing! So what on earth are you trying to say you cancelled?! No one turned up to the viewing and the guy on the phone said all your staff were out at other properties. So please don’t try and flip it as if you made a decision not to show me this property.
You have not replied to my email complaint so this will now be passed on to the Property Redress Scheme. You can try and gaslight me all you want, but you are clearly spineless and run an incompetent estate agency. Pathetic.

I must admit, I was initially a little hesitant in asking such a new company to market my property. However, having spoken at length with Gregg, he guided me through the process and provided me with outstanding advice.

Had a wonderful experience with Gregg and Liam when searching for my new home in Fulwood.
The system they use is very thorough and professional and the staff I worked alongside were always proactive and the process was a very positive experience.

This is hands down the most reactive estate agent I have had the pleasure of working with. Always contactable, advice given where needed, but most of all competitive rates. Smooth process from start to completion with my house sale.
Greg the owner (who is extremely hand on) will be my go to agent with all my house sales going forward as this is a new business for myself and he helped me every step.

After wanting to relocate further North (but not too far from Manchester) I looked into property in the area. I found that working together with Gregg was effortless as his knowledge of the current market is impressive. He listened to my requirements, showed me options that were realistic and offered to negotiate on my behalf. If you are looking for straight to the point information as well as flexible viewing hours (I work into the evening) then I highly recommend.
