Had no feedback with regards to viewings until we asked them to do so. Had very low offers which we couldn’t understand that was extremely under the house value and after a phone call from their mortgage adviser it was quite obvious that the viewers was taking advise from them and offering ridiculous amounts. After moving to our new estate agents we was made aware that dewhurst had not included any floor plans on the property which is a unique property and very much needed to sell the property . We were very impressed with the initial consultation but all communications and dealings with dewhurst did not continue as promised. After being on the market with dewhurst for nearly 12 months we changed estate agents which has resulted in a significant rise of viewings. Would not recommend dewhurst homes to sell a property ...
