If you want an honest, straightforward agent use Andrew Nunn. Unlike most agents they won't over promise and under deliver and all Andrew's colleagues are equally approachable, frank and astute. We had a wonderful experience letting a flat through Andrew Nunn & Associates. Suzana, the property manager who handles our flat, gave us the first showing (rather than sending a realtor). She gave us plenty of time to see the flat and ask questions, which we found highly unusual compared with other showings (and absolutely wonderful)! Katherine, who later helped us with the application process, was prompt and communicative at every step. Since moving into our flat we have had a few maintenance issues and the staff at Andrew Nunn and Associates has been responsive, swift, and helpful. We are delighted to recommend them!

Andrew Nunn are quite simply the best agency around Chiswick. Andrew himself is the embodiment of proper values and kindness, and this percolates into his choice of employees and directors. A special mention to Katherine McDowell whose easy, professional manner and expertise are evident at all times, and to Gaby Pomianek who is always available and very responsive. I'm sure I tested their patience many times but I never got a hint of irritation, quite the contrary. A great team and a joy to deal with. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

After 3 moves in Chiswick and having dealt with most of the 50 or so agencies here I can honestly say that the staff at Andrew Nunn stand out a mile. Not only do they get the basics right (punctual, well spoken, smartly dressed, knowledgeable etc.) they are aware of market conditions and demand \ supply. We have been dealing with George Jones and he even remembered the size of our funny shaped sofa from 2016!

Thanks to them we found a very nice flat in Chiswick. Their staff was helpful, polite but not pushy unlike some other big agencies’ staff.
Their fees are reasonable, again unlike some other agencies which asks £600+ for letting a 2 bed flat..
If we need to move around Chiswick we will certainly ring them first.
