We have recently sold our property through Clive Anthony and was extremely impressed from our first contact with Clive to all later contact with staff within the office and those completing viewings. We accepted an offer within two weeks and although the process took longer than expected this was not due to fault by Clive Anthony rather complications within the chain. The whole team works in collaboration so even if a staff member is away the other staff is familiar with the client and the file and its needs and requirements.

Shocking shocking shocking service! Horrendous. Avoid at all costs. Happy to speak with you and communicate with you when you are a successful applicant but they made no attempt to contact us when we weren't chosen by the landlord. Wouldn't buy or rent off them if they were paying. We felt the staff were stuck up and looked down their noses at us. Made us do ALL the legwork and were so very unhelpful even when we complained. Simply awful.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Absolutely disgusting company. We signed up with Clive Anthony for them to sell our property. We dealt directly with Clive. On the day we had arranged for Clive to come out and take photographs of our property, in order that he could list it on the internet, he failed to turn up. We rang the office and spoke with the receptionist, who, after speaking with Clive, informed us that he was no longer willing to sell the property, as he was "too busy". No further explanation was given to us than this lame excuse, and Clive rudely refused to speak directly with us, like a coward.
I asked the receptionist why we had not been informed about this cancellation earlier, as both my partner and I had taken the day off work in order that we could be present when Clive arrived. Through the receptionist, Clive informed us that he had left me a voicemail message on my phone informing me about the cancelled appointment. Whilst on the phone to Clive Anthony, I quickly checked my voicemail messages and noted that indeed I had had a message left by Clive. The only problem was is that he had left a blank message, which I can only assume from his behaviour was intentional, and nothing was mentioned about the cancelled appointment and that he was no longer willing to act for us.
Again, Clive refused to speak with us directly and would not give us a proper explanation as to why he is no longer willing to act for us. I can only assume he has some personal reason for this, as I know that since refusing to list our house, he has listed other properties, undermining his excuse that he is "too busy".
All I know is that from their behaviour, this company cannot be trusted and I personally will be reporting them and Clive to the Ombudsman for their lack of professionalism, courtesy and obvious prejudices.

I live abroad, so I needed an agent I could trust with my rental property in the UK. I researched on the internet and found Clive Anthony, not only were the reviews of them good, but they are an ARLA agent which gave me the reassurance that they were a reputable company. They now manage my property, they found me a great tenant and Lucy keeps in touch with me on a regular basis to keep me up to date. They pay my rent every month and send a statement via email.

A very speedy and professional completion, without excessive fees and with full communication throughout from a dedicated manager. The actual signing on the day of the property key handover was simply effortless, with concise and relevant information given to us as well as important information we needed to note pointed out. We were also introduced to the lady who would be managing our property affairs post move-in.

Dominique Ross valuated our house at an attractive price and she did everything she could to list our property online as speedily as possible. They have a large client database, with viewings arranged before the house was online and frequent viewings booked too. We were delighted to have sold our house within two weeks!

Well, I've moved house before and I wish all landlords used CliveAnthony.
They keep you informed, updated and are professional too.
Shelley Harris dealt with my moving excellently. Cleaners cleaned twice, house was lovely, oven was clean, toilets were clean, fridge was clean.
Handyman came within a few days to fix a few issues, the locks work, toilets flush, light bulbs work, bathroom taps work, heating hot.

There are numerous estate agents to choose from in North Manchester and as such you're not short in terms of options when choosing an agent to market your property whether this be for sales or lettings.
Clive Anthony provide an engaged, friendly and professional service from the top down with input at all levels from operational staff right up to director level to ensure all your queries are dealt with promptly and any concerns are quickly quelled.
I have use Clive Anthony for both sales and lettings services and have found both streams to be equally efficient. They have a strong marketing presence coupled with a large client base which guarantees viewings delivered by professional staff in the guise of Peter and Lorraine for sales and Gemma for lettings, the admin function ensures swift processing carried out by either Shelley(Lettings) or Georgia(Sales) with effective management implemented by both Lucy(Lettings) and Dominique(Sales) ensuring information filters through to senior management where appropriate.
I currently let my property through Clive Anthony which was arranged from start to finish within a matter of weeks and I will happily use them for future property rentals or sales when appropriate.
In short, if you want a top quality, top notch service with a desired result pick Clive Anthony.

I don't often write reviews, but the level of service provided by Clive Anthony has compelled me to make an exception.
There are enough estate agents to chose from in Prestwich - I opted for Clive Anthony to sell my property as they came across honest, were available evenings and weekends including Sunday (which is when I am available but more importantly I am sure that's when most buyers are too) & they were competitively priced.
From the outset they have been excellent. I was spending most of my time working away and being able to leave them to arrange and host viewings was perfect & I was very glad I did not opt for a cheaper online equivalent (Note to others who are considering online estate agents : do you really have the time / inclination to do it justice).
Always prompt friendly and helpful, Dominique, Clair & team went above and beyond on several occasions to ensure a sale : Thank you! Fully recommended.

Myself and my husband have been looking for a new home in the Whitefield area since the start of 2015 and have had viewings with many estate agents in the area. Clive Anthony are by far the most accommodating agents and will go out of their way to accommodate you to ensure you are able to view the property they are selling at a time that suits you, especially for those that have to juggle this around work. We have had the pleasure of dealing with Dominique who is very professional and on the ball. Dominique has notified us immediately when a property is about to come on the market that may appeal to us so we don't miss out. She has always ensured a member of her team is available to show us around. Lorraine showed us around several properties and was very knowledgeable and lovely. We have now found a property with another Agent which is unfortunate as we would have loved Dominique and her team to have dealt with our new home. As a solicitor I have met and dealt with many estate agents. When we decided to sell our home we decided to give it Clive Anthony because we had heard how good they were in their selling technique. Our house took a while to sell because of the financial climate at the time but whenever a potential buyer viewed the property I was so pleased with the enthusiasm shown by Lorraine and through this she found a buyer at an acceptable price. Since then I have always recommended them to friends and family and am delighted to see how successful they have become which is fully deserved. May they go from strength to strength. After having a particularly bad experience with another estate agent, Clive Anthony have been amazing!
The level of customer service, from Jo in particular, is excellent. As letting customers, rather than buyers, we were treated with respect and enthusiasm. Jo is very approachable, excellent at her job and a pleasure to do business with.
We will hopefully be buying our first property in the next couple of years and Clive Anthony will definitely be at the top of our list.
