I've recently let an apartment in Bath with Hamptons. I can say that everything has gone smoothly and Yoanna and Rio have helped me a lot with this search. Hamptons is a really organized company from all the points of view, both in searching an accommodation but also with the support they've provided me after that.
Strongly recommended!

I recently rented a flat through Hamptons and I couldn't be happier with the experience! Yoanna provided helpful guidance throughout the application process and Melanie is a great property manager, responding as fast as she can and supporting me with all of my needs and questions.
The flat itself is in great condition, and Hamptons is making the move-in process totally seamless. I would absolutely recommend Hamptons to anyone looking to rent in the area.

Hamptons continue to provide a great lettings service for my flat in Bath which I have had for 4 years. Matt Crayamn and his lettings team have done an excellent job in keeping it let, whilst Melanie Hudson has managed all the maintenance things that come up from time to time with great advice and a friendly can-do manner.

I have been letting my flat with Hamptons for the last couple of years and have had the pleasure of working with Melanie Hudson (property management), Joanne Smith (advertising), and Yoanna Allen (viewings).
On both occasions Joanne provided spot on valuations and advertised appropriate material that garnered extensive interest leading to let being agreed within the first week of advertising.
Yoanna handled the viewings and provided pertinent feedback that helped us choose the tenants which were right for the property.
Melanie has managed the property throughout and has dealt with day-to-day issues/repair job. We have had young tenants, probably living independently for the first time, therefore needing extra assistance. Melanie has a clear communication style which helped resolve issues seamlessly. There are always ongoing malfunctions/breakages and repairs are organised in a timely manner.
Perhaps one downside of Hamptons is their out-of-hours service which offers comparatively poor value for money and letting- and management-fees are at a premium.

Since moving into our rented property in November 2023 we have experienced some electrical issues. Melanie in the Bath office has been fantastic at helping to resolve these quickly and professionally working collaboratively between ourselves and the landlord to keep everything moving at pace.

Yoanna at the lettings agency has been great to deal with. She's been quick to respond to any queries and very helpful throughout. Renting a property can be a stressful experience but Yoanna has made it easy and stress free. Thank you!
A few weeks in and I'd like to add that Hampton's Property Management team have been excellent too. Thanks to Melanie who has sorted some very minor teething issues quickly and efficiently and with a very friendly manner.
