This is a message for the homeowners/landlords if you are looking for an Estate Agent in Eltham area. I have worked with 4 different agents in Eltham since I lived, moved and invested in this location. John Payne is the BEST local agent, I am so glad that I worked with Oliver and his team. Price is always the key thing when you selling, for my property they achieved better than the similar properties on the same road! Time, I was very lucky because they found me a cash buyer, the exchange contract happened just before Christmas and completion took place in early January. That's exactly met my needs because my mortgage came to the end and will be on a variable rate. Real people by your side. Selling your home is a big life event and you want someone you can trust. When my dad made the decision to sell our family home of almost half a century it was really important we found a local agent who we could have a trusting relationship with. We turned to Acorn ( now part of John Payne ) as they had supported my first home purchase many decades ago. Oliver Henness came and spent unhurried time with me and dad. He listened and was so knowledgeable. The service that he and other members of the team supplied was everything we could have hoped for. Every call and email was promptly responded to.
