A honest review of my experience.
Was only looking to get a guide price to see what our property was worth.
Felipe came round said we would get between 550k-575k
I was happy with 500k and accepted that as our house was in need of updating in some areas.
The photographer came along with Felipe and done some really good photos.
Great service
Felipe was on hand to answer all my questions.
House sold pretty quick considering the market in 2023 was unstable.
Laura done a few of the viewings as did Ben.
Both I found extremely professional
Your move was great. Very helpful. Very realistic
Lots of viewings each week, 3 in a day..
The only negative thing I hade to complain about was the solicitors they recommended.
Premier Property Lawyers are awful
Indra was useless throughout I had to call them continually to get things done.
I would not go with these Solicitors at all
We have been in our new home 6 months and I am still chasing paperwork..
Even though the solicitor was useless and I would not ever use them again.
This is no reflection on the actual sale of our property..
Your move were fab! I would recommend Eltham Branch

When selling my grandmother's property, Your Move were the best choice for us. The rates were extremely reasonable, their knowledge of the property and local area was excellent and the support we received during the sale process was exemplary.
We worked closely with Laura who was an absolute God send from start to finish. She went out of her way to keep everything going and helping us when we needed it. She even came with us to speak to our conveyancing solicitor when it looked like we may lose the sale!
Overall, Your Move and Laura have been brilliant and we couldn't recommend them more.

I am so glad we worked with Filipe from your Move Eltham during the sales of our house. Before choosing your move the other agencies who came to our house gave us valuation between £750k to £800k but Filipe came and told us that he could sell it for 900K and he sold it at the end for £910K. He is so professional, kind and amazing to work with. I really cannot thank you enough Filipe for your amazing work. So grateful!

I've been with Your Move in Eltham for over a year. While we've had positive experiences with previous agencies and landlords, our current situation has been a nightmare. The property was dirty upon moving in, requiring professional cleaning and painting. Despite reporting issues, like a conservatory leak, for over 3 months, the agency/landlord response has been lacking. The slippery conservatory floor poses a safety risk, and despite informing the agency, resolution is delayed. We requested early termination, agreed upon by the landlord 3 months ago, contingent on fixing the leak. Now, facing unexpected redundancy and a lengthy 2 hour commute with a toddler, the situation is untenable, especially given my pregnancy. Communication with the agency, particularly Ben and Marcus, has been unhelpful and unprofessional. Despite numerous complaints, the system remains unchanged.

I’ve used Your Move in Eltham to manage my property for the last three years - and the service has always been exceptional. I wanted to single out Ben and Rebecca for always dealing with any issue quickly and effectively, and if there is anything to be addressed they have always gone above and beyond to make sure everything works as seamlessly as possible. From finding tenants to arranging repairs, they are excellent.

5 Star Service...!!!
We found ourselves in an awkward predicament with our sale and felt that time had been needlessly wasted with a previous agent, however, Laura, Filipe, Ben and the rest of the team at Your Move were there to swiftly, seamlessly and very professionally re-list our property as if it were a brand new addition to the market.
Laura and their dedicated, courteous photographer spent a great deal of time making sure that the images captured were a true reflection of the property at its best.
The team were committed, always available, always punctual and consistent with their communication; we went from no viewings to many in a matter of days.
From initial talks to completion, we cannot recommend 'Your Move' enough.

If you want to sell your place, this agency is different to any other, they really care and they are there for you. The quality of te photography for the advertisement is the best compared with other agencies. Felipe and Laura are great, great communication and advice at all times, very professional and natural approach. I would recommend them with 100%.
