Visited the Your Move office in St.Albans after having a extremely bad experience/service from Taylor's St Albans. Warm reception from the minute we sat down with Fabrice and John. Felt at ease and found them extremely helpful and personable. A million times better than previous agent. We had no trouble at all selling our property with Your Move but the best part was the fact they kept us and our buyer regularly updated throughout as communication is key when moving home ! In fact I would even say that Jon Stubbs gave us more information about the upper chain and the progress than our solicitor did. When ever we rang the St Albans office they where always very polite and knew exactly who we were and our position. The follow up was great after we completed as they asked how the move went and wishing us good luck in the future. Couldn't of asked for a better first class service and they definitely buck the trend on the reputation estates agents have. Would highly recommend to anyone selling their home.
