Didn't turn up to my viewing. When I rang then they just gave a feeble excuse saying that because I was 5 minutes late her Colleague would have already left. This is the second Reeds Rains appointment that was a no show in the same day (the first in kirkham). I wasted a hole afternoon off work. DO NOT SELL YOUR HOUSE THROUGH THESE GUYS. Use any online company. Far more efficient, and way cheaper. The whole company seem to be a bunch of incompetent amateurs, that rip you off with a over priced below par service.
