They have kept us fairly well updated considering we have been in and out of covid restrictions. We are now on the last leg. Hopefully complete within 3 weeks. Robinson Jackson have been helpful throughout the process.
Our only feedback would be that the gentleman who initially came to do the house valuation isn’t the one who does the selling so it’s unclear how much information is passed on to other colleagues who do the viewings - I think a lot of estate agents work this way though.
