So very pleased to have used Robsons for our sale. James Page provided excellent advice on the sales approach including the price and how to best present our home to maximise interest and offers. Sophie Jones on the sales progression side was invaluable as we moved post offer to exchange; this part of the process seemed just as important as the run up to getting our offer. The total process from initial planning to marketing, offer and then exchange took 10 weeks which seemed very efficient and mostly without too much stress! Some of this is down to the market but a lot was down to the professionalism of the service. We could also see how favourably Robsons compared with other agencies in the chain when it came to the sales progression follow up. We would thoroughly recommend them.... Read more

We were delighted we chose Robsons to sell my mother's house. There was regular communciation from James, electronic viewing confirmation, daily feedback from viewings or updates. Prospective buyers were spoken to regularly and their needs/concerns teased out. Once we had accepted an offer, the conveyancing team took over communicating regularly with us, the buyer and both sets of solicitors.
