I cannot fault the service I received from C & W regarding the purchase of my new home in Storrington (in February 2024).
Kevin Taaft was my main contact and I found him to be very professional, while also understanding of my needs and personal situation.
Moving home can often be a very stressful time as we all know but I can honestly say that Kevin and the whole team at Pulborough branch helped make my move an easy one.
Needless to say I thoroughly recommend them.

My partner and I are really happy with the service provided by the team at Cubitt and West Pulborough branch - we set them a challenge of helping us purchase our dream house after seeing the for sale sign go up outside (in fact one of the first things I said to John was that we wouldn't even be contemplating selling our flat if it weren't for this house coming onto the market) and they rose to the challenge!
They managed our purchase and sale in tricky market conditions and with additional complication(s!) through the process in an attentive and professional manner even when the stakes were high, so a big thank you to the team at Cubitt and West Pulborough branch for making our purchase happen and helping to keep us sane throughout the process!

I knew that I had chosen the right company to sell my property when I first met Kevin Taft..he is a thoroughly experienced and respected professional. Always willing to go the extra mile if necessary, knows the market like the back of his hand and is excellent at keeping his clients in the loop.
However Cubitt and West
( Pulborough) are a well integrated team and it tells in every step of the way from first contact and through to aftersales. What would I have done without Caroline in the office and Nick as my liaison contact through the actual sales process. They are all strong charismatic professionals who make up this excellent Pulborough team. As we all know there is no “I” in TEAM.

From day one they had clearly done a lot of research on my property, evidently more so than the other agents I approached. They suggested the highest value for my property and achieved a full asking price offer within a very short space of time. They worked hard to make what could be a very difficult experience as simple as possible. I would highly recommend them to anyone, thank you Pulborough team!
