In our opinion, Catherine (Pulborough branch) is a credit to your company. Nothing was too much trouble. She was friendly but not pushy, and easy to talk to. Catherine contacted us when she said she would and didn't hurry us around the showing. She was helpful and informative about the property and local area.

Batcheller Monkhouse have been brilliant throughout the sale of my bungalow. Nothing has been too much trouble and they seemed to anticipate when to chase and were always on the ball and looking out for any issues affecting the sale. Particularly it is so nice to have phone calls answered immediately and emails read and replied to so quickly. I really can't fault the service I received, the fee was fair and needed no negotiations. The valuation was helpful and reasonable and sensible for the difficult period when I sold.
