I can't praise Samantha enough, from start to finish she helped with the entire process, helping me to sort the whole of the financial side of things, mortgage, insurance etc, chasing agents, solicitors & information in a quick, calm and professional manner.

While in the end I didn't sell or buy a property from the Connells Team, only using Samantha for the financial side; I found them all to be very welcoming and pleasant and I wouldn't hesitate to use them in the future.

We purchased our first home through Connells a few months ago. Initially, we were very excited, however we couldn't help but feel slightly deflated by the experience due to the agent. It is clear that communication is not key at Connells and getting hold of individuals is not very easy. We were often told to expect a response (even including our offer responses) later in the day, but this was rarely the case. Our property viewings always felt rushed, and the appointments always seemed to clash with other buyers. Towards the end of our purchase, communication did pick up at Connells and we were given a lot of help and support as they chased the sellers solicitors on our behalf.

I have dealt with Connells for many years now, initially with lettings and more recently with the Sales Team who are extremely friendly and very helpful.

I have mainly dealt with Adrian and Zoe who are amazing. They are extremely professional and have gone above and beyond to help juggle viewings with tenants in situ. Nothing is too much trouble. I would certainly recommend them.
