Gina has been so supportive and helpful, in not only arranging viewings but making the application process as smooth as possible. Great , honest & timely communication from the onset and throughout! Terrible service.
Consistantly delaying in serving a Section 8 notice.
Poor communication at Yeovil Branch leval. Say they are going to take action and feedback then do nothing and ignore messages sent.
Dont go near them if you want your property managed or sold!!!

I want to thank the Connells team for all of their help and support with helping us get our first home. I felt supported and updated of the process throughout and no question or query seemed to much! Naz is very knowledgeable and did everything he could to make this work for us. Emma and Chantelle helped us with lots of chasing up and again kept us updated at every point of the process. So far, my experience with Connells has been excellent. Liam Archer, the Residential Sales Manager, has been professional, courteous, and very accommodating throughout.
Despite a last-minute booking and a delay on my arrival, he patiently waited and ensured we had plenty of time to view the property without feeling rushed. He answered all our questions clearly and has kept me well updated since.
I also spoke with Scott in Liam’s absence, who was equally friendly, helpful, and efficient in addressing my queries.
I’m pleased to say my offer has been accepted, and while there are still steps ahead, everything has gone smoothly s
o far. I would happily recommend Connells based on my experience.

We have just rented out our first property as our current home is a bit small for us. We had been looking for a rental property for over 2 months and had dealt with several different agents. Marco from Connells was exceptional! He was honest throughout and guided and assisted us throughout. During the process we had a little hitch from our side and even during that, Marco stayed professional, calm, kind and understanding. He was respectful throughout and we felt like he was genuinely trying his best for us.

I had a great experience working with the team at Connells Redhill from start to finish. The team were professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process.
