I was extremely fortunate to have Kate Hand ( Connells in Horsham) as the letting agent. Just excellent from start to finish and I’m still receiving emails checking that everything is going well.
I was going through a very challenging time , but Kate was very patient and provided advice and support at every stage. This is my first renting experience and I feel extremely lucky that I was guided through this by Kate. Exceptionally positive experience.

I can highly recommend this estate agent. The sale and purchase of my property wasn’t always plain sailing, but their support throughout the process was invaluable. A special mention to Gary Young, the manager, who was extremely helpful, supportive and professional throughout. I’m really happy with the service I received from Prabhdeep . He helped me find a mortgage and made the whole process so much easier. He always answers the phone, replies to messages really quickly, and keeps me updated with all the forms and paperwork throughout the process. His communication is excellent, and he is always helpful, professional, and supportive whenever I have any questions.
