Not satisfied at all. The agent booked the viewing and after 10 days, I was told that I have to make offer first and then we can allow you to view the house. That’s hilarious request, how I can put offer on the house without Viewing. Not professional at all

We moved into our house a little over 2 months ago. we had an amazing experience with the Connells team. Lucie the mortgage adviser has been amazing, she has made the purchase of our first home so smooth as we was also expecting our little girl. The whole team have helped us get the purchase of the property from Rob and Sasha who met us at the house when we needed to view it to Lucie for sorting out all the things we didn't understand to do with the mortgage. Efficient estate agents but hard selling of their attached mortgage services. Selling a lot of property as unofficial auction but unless you have committed to get mortgage from them you bid will not get much attention.

Really rude staff. Pets unfriendly, when I asked to speak with landlord about it I heard comment 'we're not playing games here'. Connells Ashford should think about changing team as they are very unprofessional.

Superb and efficient service from Gavin (Branch Manager) and Amy Deacon (Negotiator) - my house was proactively marketed as soon as the photos and layouts were available and they were careful to screen potential viewings to ensure buyers were in a position to proceed. The first 3 viewings resulted in 2 serious offers and we accepted the one most likely to proceed. The conveyancing is now underway and Gavin & Amy are in touch regularly to check I’m happy with progress. Couldn’t ask for a better service!
