Following bad experiences with 2 estate agents since, I have to say that Connells (hereford) were absolutely fantastic throughout my tenancy. Everything was straightforward, the one repair we required was attended to quickly and conveniently. Inspections well organised, correct processes followed in all instances and best of all, no battle to get the deposit back upon moving out. Would use again!

Jake and Jade were our main contacts at Connells, they were very friendly and efficient and we felt they did all they could to find us tenants. We were 100% satisfied with the service they provided.

Jake was an enthusiastic salesman, who went to great efforts to find us suitable tenants. Potential tenants were being shown round from the day we approached Connells to let the property, and the house was let within two weeks of it going on the market.
The paperwork was all dealt with very well, and did not get in the way of doing business. Jake was able to make decisions on behalf of Connells, and the resulting contracts were very reasonable.
There were some niggles with the Docusign system, but they did not prevent the tenancy being concluded satisfactorily.
The full management service enabled various tasks which needed to be done before the house could be let to be completed very quickly and for a good price.

Jake was very professional and worked extremely fast. In fact from the initial consultation, guiding us through the process through to finding and vetting tenants and them actually moving in was completed in 10 days.

Extremely impressed. Called to arrange a viewing to place the property on the rental market. Before we even organised viewing they had potential tenants. Connells arranged everything. From start to finish took two weeks. So professional, every T crossed and every i dotted. Best rental service I have ever experienced.
