I have recently used Connells to sell a property of mine in Herefordshire. From the start of our communications back before Christmas 2023, I noticed how professional, courteous and knowledgeable the team were. My main contact being Libby Probert, was very clear with her information and acted quickly on any instructions I had for her, my sale dragged on for nearly 8 months with no fault attributed to them, and all throughout she kept me informed as to the state of play things were at, excellent. Excellent communication and prompt replies from Jazmine. I moved to Hereford from out of area so had to come a couple of times before the property that I rented. She gave us the opportunity to virtually view the property and sent across excellent views for our new place. Can't thank her enough for making everything go smoothly and she is still there whenever we have queries about our new place with easy access and approachability which is rare nowadays in renting market!

Really saddened by the lack of communication for a rental property. All started really well, got a lovely phone call and had my details taken for a property my partner and I were very much interested in. I then received a call the following week, in which I unfortunately missed! I called back straight away and asked to be contacted again the same day. I was told I would receive a call back, in which I never did. Didn’t hear anything for a while. Submitted multiple requests and still nothing. After many attempts to get back to the letting agency, the property we were interested in has had the let agreed. Better communication needs to be had, we were ready to commit and it’s a shame that we weren’t spoken to as promised.
