I’ve just finished my 1.5yr tenancy in a property in the care of Me and You Estate Agents. Unlike previous estate agents, Mark was fair and willing to support me in the property as best he could. He was quick to rectify a broken washer and offered support when it was broken. Full deposit returned, and left with smiles. Thank you!

As tenants, my partner and I have recently rented a property through ME and You Estate Agents. Mark was very helpful from start to finish, and handled my incessant questions with professionalism and good humour. Mark has been nothing short but incredible for us over the past few years. We started off renting, of which he was such an accommodating and responsive agent, always called in advance should anything needed doing, and was always around if we needed anything. Most importantly, he was always so understanding and friendly too.
This time around we have our property we needed to rent out in a matter of weeks, with a few niggly ends that needed to be sorted. Having had quotes from other agents in the area, we approached Mark following our renting experience and we are so glad we went ahead with him. He took every stress and worry from our hands and got everything in order (including tenants!) in such a short timescale and we could not recommend his business enough to everyone we come into contact with.
Thank you for all of your help & guidance so far, we would have truly been lost!

We couldn’t recommend Mark enough. We first met him viewing a property and decided we wanted him to sell our house as we didn’t feel any awkwardness or pressure we felt from other estate agents. He’s so kind and down to earth and he made the whole experience feel as relaxed as possible. When our chain fell through he was incredibly supportive and helped us get back on our feet as quickly and smoothly as possible. We dealt with a lot of estate agents over the past year and can honestly say we were so grateful to have Mark on our side. We will be recommending him to any friends looking to sell in Cheltenham.

I don’t normally recommend things but having sold with Mark we cannot recommend him enough, his approach is completely different to other agents. He spends quality time with you, has a genuine interest in the property and it’s value and keeps everything ticking along nice a swift during the sale. The results speak for themselves with the amount of his boards knocking around Cheltenham, competing with big corporates.
If you are selling or letting your house I’d heavily advise at least getting Mark over to value the property, you’ll see the difference. (And that’s from an ex estate agent)
