We have just bought our first home through Coubrough Holmes. We were kept well informed throughout the process, the sale went through quickly with no issues. My experience with Coubrough Holmes has been very substandard. I don't think they value their customers and disagree a lot with you in particular when you raise concerns with them. Their wasn't enough communication from them apart from just a few offer sent emails. I have spoken to a range of estate agents and have been kept a lot more up to date, in touch and valued. Coubrough Holmes are not very professional at all and I'm glad I accepted an offer with a different estate agent for a different property.

Shocking experience. I was going to be late for a viewing - wet, busy afternoon in Bradford. I phoned the office to tell them and was told not to worry, the agent would be ten minutes late himself. I arrived fifteen minutes after his estimated time of arrival and he was gone. When I phoned the office I was severely told off for being late and told the agent had gone to another appointment. The result - being spoken to like a naughty child and two hours of driving in a rush hour downpour with nothing achieved. Wouldn't it have made sense for the office to tell me the viewing agent had another appointment booked after mine, and to reschedule my viewing for another day? Very unprofessional and rude and well done losing a potential sale.

Initially we booked 3 agents to value mum in laws bungalow but Jonjo was by far the best in terms of clarity, knowledge of the area and approachability. We know we made the right choice from the word go, nothing is too much trouble and any questions or queries we had were dealt with quickly and clearly. Jody is an absolute star and we felt, goes the extra mile and was a fantastic communicator between ourselves and the solicitors. If anyone is thinking of selling their property I would highly recommend Coubrough Holmes to conduct the sale. Ten out of ten from us!

100% absolutely most sound estate agents, Jonjo got photos done and house was listed same day, Jodie though, what an absolute superstar of an agent, consulted and helped every step of the way, even at the end when the solicitors were messing about, i owe that girl a big sloppy kiss.
All in all, cant go wrong with em, fantastic team and company.
