I had the unfortunate event of having to get my property repossessed, which was given back to me in a trashed condition, as I live over 200 miles away I envisaged numerous trips to Bradford to get it sorted out, that was until I asked Nicola Blackburn and her team for help.

Nothing was too much trouble, she effectively project managed the whole affair until it was at
a decent letable standard, at each juncture ensuring I was happy with the quotes etc provided, indeed she went above and beyond her role by ensuring I got the best quotes available and not just the easiest to her.

All the above was whilst the property was not under contract with them and I could have walked away anytime, however with such professionalism shown this would have been a bad decision.

In short if you are thinking of letting your property you should look no further than Nicola and her team, they will ensure you get a professional service and ensure you get the best value for your money too.

Thoroughly recommended.

I can not begin to describe just how professional and talented the staff of this branch of William H Brown are.

Amanda is a first-rate Estate Agent, it felt like I had known her my whole life, our house sold in 10 days and completed 6 weeks later, she blew us away with how attentive she was and how as a professional handled every query we had.

Liam did a fine job of keeping communications with us and again was always there if we needed anything.

I can't thank you enough for all your hard work, your area manager should be very proud of the team he has.

Disgraceful experience! Very cryptic, greedy and extremely unprofessional!

They have got 1 because 0 isn't possible. My impression of Anne Marie is that she is extremely unprofessional. We were dealing with a repossessed property so of course people will bid and you will bid etc but anyway my offer was accepted last week and we were told that we would get a call back if there was a higher bid. Guess what?? My Mrs rings them to inform them that we have changed solicitors and then they tell us that there are not one but now several higher offers than ours. What?? And when were you going to tell us?? Dreadful!!

I called again today to withdraw my offer and told Amanda that I was going to write something on Google and that i wasn't impressed with the service, and it seemed like she tried making it out that because someone bids higher than the potential buyer like myself then we write a bad comment. Unbelievable and Amanda is apparently the manager of this place! I explained "No Amanda! My offer was accepted last Thursday and I wanted to speak to you the day before when you was holiday/ training. I wanted to tell you then how bad the experience was but I gave it one last shot!" Now the greedy beggars wanted us to make another "highest offer", I thought that was last week wasn't it??!

Utter shambles! Extremely crytic! One minute they say it is "cash only" (not that I wanted a mortgage, mine was cash) then were keeping quiet what type of offer it was and how much the offer was for.

Honestly I probably could have increased my offer by another say £9,000 but I have no confidence in these guys anymore. I hope I don't bump into these guys again in my search for a house.

Honestly guys, be aware, I am not saying don't use them, that's upto you, but be VERY cautious, especially with repossessed properties and these guys - the communication was very poor. Don't be fooled by Anne Marie or anyone else.

Liam seemed cool though.

Amanda please re-read these reviews, if all of the bad reviews have got to do with repossessed properties then why is the one a few reviews down, the one that's given you 3 stars, talking about LETTING and your care dropping once you got what you wanted?? Delusional!!

They’re good with the charm to get you with them but after that terrible and didn’t make no effort selling my house.
Only when I complained after 6 weeks of no communications and no viewings, after that I had 1 viewing and they purchased it.
