Dean looked after us from start to finish. He arranged at very short notice our first viewing, as we were going away on holiday. He kept in touch with regards to our offer, and the photos on the listing were good and the description accurate.
His communication let him down at times as we had to chase him to get replies, but we feel that he is far too busy and that he needs help and support. To be on call 24/7 is too much to expect of anybody, and Dean does have clients interest at heart.

Our family had planned to move later in the year but while waiting for an available plot, we saw a more suitable home listed with Ewemove, Halifax.
Upon viewing, Mike's enthusiasm and knowledge relating to the property we were looking to purchase, made it a no-brainer to also utilise Ewemove for our sale. Moreover, proven by subsequent offers and the appraisal, we became aware we had been under valued in our previous plan demonstrating, we felt, that Mike had our best interests at heart as opposed to getting our listing over with minimal effort. However, securing offers in the expected range within days Mike did!
Mike also assisted with communication throughout making sure we completed on time.
I'd highly recommend Ewemove to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Halifax area; our experience of moving this time has been much more stress free.

I am buying my first house and Mike Palmer has made it really easy for me.
Really friendly when I viewed the property, very accommodating to me being needy and keep asking what I need to do next, and has been very visible and available to me. In less than a week with his help and guidance I have gone from viewing to being on track to get memorandum of sale tomorrow.
Super friendly and encouraging of me being excited about the house I'm now buying.

Mike was excellent.His photographs and presentation of the property were flawless.He did the viewings and always reported back promptly passing on reasons where the prospective buyer didn't decide to put in an offer.In the weeks leading up to exchange he regularly had to call the buyer whose solicitors had poor communication skills and he did his utmost to make things happen.Would definitely use Ewe Move again.

At first you would think, why go with Ewemove? surely it would be better to sell your house through established estate agents, but you would be wrong. The selling fees with Ewemove were explained and fixed, the valuation we got from Mike at Ewemove Halifax was spot on and actually was more than we expected and thought surely our house isn't worth this much, but Mike was accurate and we got the full asking price. Mike constantly kept us informed as to what was happening with the viewings and the eventual sale, even to the point when we had two offers of the full asking price and Mike advised us the best one to accept, which turned out to be spot on as the sale went through with lightening speed.
Plus being presented with a box of chocolates and a bottle of wine as a thank you for using them on completion day was a pleasant surprise, which I doubt you would get from the high street estate agents.
Thank you Mike for making our sale go so smooth. Would 100% use Ewemove Halifax again.

I requested to register my interest in a rental property in Sowerby Bridge which I was advised was very
popular. I was told I would receive a call nonetheless re a viewing, and an automated e mail came through. I did not get a call back, so I called the number on the e mail only to be told it was passed to
Someone else to deal…I am still waiting? Glad I am not buying or selling with these people!

Amazing,
Was in desperate need of finding a home for me and my little girl and if it wasn’t for Nikki Dearnaley then I probably still wouldn’t have one now, she helped me out so much and tried her nothing but hardest for me! From the initial valuation of my father's house through to completion Mike at EweMove was exceptional, especially in the face of difficulties posed by having to deal remotely with me living 250 miles away. He filtered out timewasters and managed to sell the house within a week of it going on the market at the price we wanted. Highly recommended.
