Over the years we have bought and sold two homes in Tottenham through Cousins on West Green Road. Throughout all of our dealings with them they have always been friendly, professional, and helpful. We have a house on Beaconsfield Rd that belonged to our late mother who past away many years ago which we rent out. Over a number of years Lee & Elsa have been extremely helpful & informative in regard to giving us required valuations for the purpose of remortgaging which we needed for the purposes of probate initially & then capital raising going forward. They have always been so very helpful even taking time to come & view the house KNOWING that it's not going up for sale in order to advise on up to date valuations & advice on what's happening in the area. Elsa even rang & informed me when our gutter was damaged & leaking water as they manged the flat next door & it came to her attention. Promised we were first to view a property at 6pm, sold the next day by 10am without warning and after taking a day at work. The property also has a sold sign before we could even ask, the answer we got: "With regard to the “Sold Board” this property was previously let by us and the “Let By” slips had fallen off without us noticing, exposing the default “SOLD” text underneath so it was not erected as a result of the offer agreed" - lol Would not recommend working with these cowboys in the future. I was shouted at on the phone from Frank and he was also very unprofessional and let me know this was my fault. I am not one for writing reviews but following the high level of service received from Cousins, this agency certainly deserves these few honest words. I cannot rate the agents Thomas and Kenneth enough. I wasn't initially listed with this agency for my sale but as a result of excellent communication from Kenneth, he showed one person my property and an offer was made! Avoid, avoid , avoid ! Very very unprofessional and rude . They so made and appointment in the agency Saturday morning at 9 am ( take my day off to have a view with them ) and surprise. They say the property I was having the view it was out the day before . They sended to me a wrong email with the information of another customer . Very very dangerous , sharing other customers information on the emails . This can be taken by the law and go to the court . You don't deserve any fee for this issues . Be carefull!... Read more
