I cannot thank or praise this agency enough. I was tasked with selling my deceased relative's house from 150 miles away. Over a protracted period waiting for probate, Mustafa, Brahim and their team looked after me and the house, visiting to cover insurance requirements, advising on cleaners, contractors, surveyors and meeting them at the house on my behalf. As soon as marketing was allowed, they swung into action, arranging multiple viewings very quickly and resulting in a number of offers. A time waster was a disappointment but Mustafa was speedy, professional, knowledgeable, supportive, friendly, always keeping in touch and now I am a very satisfied seller and I believe very pleased buyers - what more could we want from a professional service!
I understand that a negative review was given in the run up to my sale being marketed. A near neighbour believed that an early offer would secure the property for them. As we were unable legally to entertain the offer at that stage, they accused the agents of unfair practice and posted rather nasty reviews. As the sale of the house was conducted fairly and transparently throughout (as is the way with this agent), I believe these reviews to be completely without merit.
Thank you Hunters Tottenham, you made a difficult task bearable and at times, fun!

Mustafa and his team have been extremely helpful with a very difficult purchase that ended up lasting 9 months. When my solicitor messed things up, Mustafa found a replacement within half hour and we were able to go ahead. All this while keeping the seller on board while alle these shenanigans were going on. Really dissapointed by the process and communication of Clifford and their team. Clifford showed us a three bedroom house that apparently was suitable for sharing and we immidately made an offer after our viewing. Noted that the property is unlicensed to be let as an HMO. Clifford did not explained the process for offers and had to chase him for four days, every day for an update. Whilst I also explained that our offer was flexible he came back to say that the Landlord decided to go with another offer. Waste of time and dissapoinitng service in an already difficult market.

We've had a great experience with Hunters, specifically with Mustafa who has been the agent dealing with our sale.
From his first visit it was clear he would give us the attention to detail and guidance we'd need throughout the process, which he did.
We had vieings scehduled within days of the advert going up, and within a week we'd accepted any offer. Mustafa kept us in the loop about how the chain was progressing, continually chasing up and down which gave us the peace of mind that things were moving as quick as they could.
I would highly recommend Mustafa and would happily use him again.

I used Hunter’s when letting my house, so I had built up a great relationship with the team. They work very hard and are great at answering questions, even the silly ones.
When I decided to put my house on the market I shopped around, however I put by trust in Mustafa and the team. I am so glad I did, they were there with me at every step of the way. I could always pick up the phone and speak to someone. You don’t realise how important that is until you are selling a property.
Communication is key and that is what they excel at. They found my buyers, they adhered to my terms.
Mustafa is a great natural sales person, not pushy and very honest his local knowledge is superb and he loves what he does.

Whenever you tell people you’re selling your house, the first thing people do is “???? estate agents” and often for good reason! However, Mustafa and his team really are different.
The whole process of selling, from the valuation, photography, marketing, open day, discussing offers and then progression of the sale was so smooth. Not once did I have to worry and Mustafa was right there to speak to with any concerns.
As a busy single mum, it took a huge weight of my mind and actually made the process enjoyable at times!
I have no hesitation in recommending Hunters, these guys really care about their customers, their jobs and strive for the best.

I've been meaning to write this review for ages! Briam, Rhiannon, Ashley and Segun and the team at Hunters Tottenham are without a shadow of a doubt the best estate agents I have ever dealt with, and I've moved around London a lot.
I'm currently a tenant in a house let by Hunters, and they are so quick and efficient with their responses. Every time we have had a question or a problem they have resolved it with speed and professionalism, and the few times I've spoken to them face to face they've been so kind, polite and engaging.
But best of all - when I was house hunting, I called up a lot of estate agents in the area describing what kind of rental property we were looking for. Didn't show up twice to an arranged evaluation. Spoke to head office the first time to get it rearranged. This local office then called me up and promised they'd show up the second time. They didn't, and I've had no further communication or emails from them. Would not trust them.
