A special thank you must go to Aleysha for all her hard work and efforts to keep our sales together during some tricky times. We got there in the end as promised by Aleysha who was very personable and professional. Dee and Rachel always accommodating so thank you to you both also.

The Dacres team have been consistently excellent from the outset. I wasted 4 months with a rival agent who overvalued the house and had no idea what was happening one day to the next. Having got rid of them, Emma’s team haven’t put a foot wrong. Everyone in the office knows the current position no matter who picks up the phone. When the going gets tough, I have benefitted from professional advice and always felt that my best interests were being protected. Don’t instruct any other firm. Superb.

I would never trust anything this bunch of liars say!

I put an offer in on a house which was rejected a few hours later, it was a good offer and as high as I could go so I walked away, three weeks later I was talking to the son of the seller who said his dad hadn't received a single offer yet, I spoke with the seller myself whom confirmed that the agents had never put my offer forwards and that he would have excepted it!, by this time I found another house and had started the proceedings, its obvious that the agent was just trying to run up the price so she could make more commission, that's down right crooked!!!
