Daniel Craig Residential have operated predominantly as a lettings agency and property management company over the last 8 years and have organically grown into an all encompassing property company, launching a stand alone estate agency arm of the business in November 2020. We aim to provide a friendly welcoming service where customer care and keeping our clients informed is our main priority as proven through many positive reviews in the lettings market over the last 8 years.

Booked a viewing on the Friday for, Saturday the next day. I rang the office 4 times with no response and nobody turned up for the viewing, so I travelled and paid for parking for no reason.

I have recently purchased a house through Daniel Craig, and as a first time buyer Pamela was fantastic at helping me through the process. She was always chasing things for me and keeping me regularly updated and replied very quickly with responses to any questions I had. On completion day her and Robbie were very helpful at pushing things through also. Would definitely use them if I ever came to selling, fantastic service.

We have worked as a contractor for Daniel Craig for many years now. Great to work with and polite, efficient staff.
Further to this review, I have since used Daniel Craig to let out my property. Very quick process, Pamela, Daniel and Robbie were brilliant and made the process easy for me.

Process was quick and easy from start to finish.
All staff very helpful and responsive. Kept both myself and Tenant's informed and on the right track throughout.
I can confidently recommend using DCR for renting out your residential property.

As an international student, I was very overwhelmed when my original living situation didn't work out, and had no idea who to turn to. I was in a bad living situation and Daniel Craig Residential made it possible for me to move out and into a much better place! The turnaround time was fantastic, and I have been extremely satisfied in their communication. I would definitely recommend them!

I have been renting with Daniel Craig Residential since September.
They are easy to reach and affordable, I had a leak into my property from a non Daniel Craig managed address and they were available and supportive throughout getting the matter resolved. Always good to know that they can be counted on and are willing to do all they can to resolve a situation with ease and at my convenience. 5* service

I recently renewed a tenancy agreement with Daniel Craig. I would highly recommend this company to both tenants and landlords. Having used 3 or 4 other companies in the past this is by far the best.
The reason I'm happy to use them:
Professional in every aspect.
Excellent customer support and communication.
Nothing seems too much of a problem.
Always happy to help when needed.
I also have high regards to Pam, who has helped me out on each stage of the process.

Pam at Daniel Craig has always provided a 1st class service when renting out our flats. There has always been great communication and most important, as a Landlord, minimal (if any) voids. We have had great tenant experience and will continue to use Pam and Daniel Craig Residential.

Daniel Craig Residential is the best real estate rental agency on this planet (and beyond if it's true there is life on other planets as well - in this case it is the best in the whole galaxy). We moved out of London 2 years ago and sorted out our tenancy over the phone and by email. The agency was really helpful and full of understanding. It was very stressful for us to move our things 279 miles away from London to the beautiful city of Newcastle Upon Tyne where we never been before in our life. On the day of our move we were late because it took us almost 6 hours to drive to Newcastle. The agency office was closed (It was Saturday) but the owner himself - Daniel Craig - decided to wait for us in the agency's office to give us our keys. It shows how professional the agancy is and how much they care about their customers. They can adopt to all kinds of problems and always give their helpful hand.
Our tenancy was perfect. They always responded ASAP to all problems that we had: broken oven (our fault) and kitchen extractor (also our fault) were fixed in no time. Before we moved in our flat was cleaned and grass in front of the house (and at the back) was cut. Everything was perfect.
In scale from 0 to 10 I would like to give them 11. I don't care that eleven is not even on the scale - this is my review and I can do what I want.
I would like to recommend this agency to anybody who wants to be treated like a tenant and not like a piggybank.
