Daniel Craig Residential have operated predominantly as a lettings agency and property management company over the last 8 years and have organically grown into an all encompassing property company, launching a stand alone estate agency arm of the business in November 2020. We aim to provide a friendly welcoming service where customer care and keeping our clients informed is our main priority as proven through many positive reviews in the lettings market over the last 8 years.

Booked a viewing on the Friday for, Saturday the next day. I rang the office 4 times with no response and nobody turned up for the viewing, so I travelled and paid for parking for no reason.

I have recently purchased a house through Daniel Craig, and as a first time buyer Pamela was fantastic at helping me through the process. She was always chasing things for me and keeping me regularly updated and replied very quickly with responses to any questions I had. On completion day her and Robbie were very helpful at pushing things through also. Would definitely use them if I ever came to selling, fantastic service.

As an international student, I was very overwhelmed when my original living situation didn't work out, and had no idea who to turn to. I recently renewed a tenancy agreement with Daniel Craig. I would highly recommend this company to both tenants and landlords. Having used 3 or 4 other companies in the past this is by far the best.
The reason I'm happy to use them:

Excellent customer support and communication.
Nothing seems too much of a problem.

Daniel Craig Residential is the best real estate rental agency on this planet (and beyond if it's true there is life on other planets as well - in this case it is the best in the whole galaxy). We moved out of London 2 years ago and sorted out our tenancy over the phone and by email. The agency was really helpful and full of understanding. It was very stressful for us to move our things 279 miles away from London to the beautiful city of Newcastle Upon Tyne where we never been before in our life. On the day of our move we were late because it took us almost 6 hours to drive to Newcastle. The agency office was closed (It was Saturday) but the owner himself - Daniel Craig - decided to wait for us in the agency's office to give us our keys. It shows how professional the agancy is and how much they care about their customers. They can adopt to all kinds of problems and always give their helpful hand.
Our tenancy was perfect. They always responded ASAP to all problems that we had: broken oven (our fault) and kitchen extractor (also our fault) were fixed in no time. Before we moved in our flat was cleaned and grass in front of the house (and at the back) was cut. Everything was perfect.
In scale from 0 to 10 I would like to give them 11. I don't care that eleven is not even on the scale - this is my review and I can do what I want.
I would like to recommend this agency to anybody who wants to be treated like a tenant and not like a piggybank.

Dealt with Pam, Robbie and Daniel while searching for and ultimately moving into my new flat in Newcastle which I absolutely love! The team made the process so easy and straightforward and I felt listened to and looked after the whole time. Now I’m in and settled, I had an issue with my boiler which was dealt with straighr away which I hugely appreciated. The attentiveness of the team and communication is better than most other letting agents I’ve dealt with in the past.

I've recently used Daniel Craig residential to help find me a student property whilst studying in Newcastle.
They were great and offered me a few different places to stay that met my search criteria and provided me with as much information as possible. They ended up referring me to a student accommodation site called true Newcastle, situated near my University.
The accommodation is great and the full process; from enquiring to booking, was made really easy by the team at Daniel Craig.

Due to their mismanagement I've only been able to get half my deposit back. I called several times leading up to the end of my tenancy to try to get them to inspect the property and they never called me back. Once we left I submitted the claim, 3 weeks later and only when I was advised to seek a solicitor did they eventually reply to me saying work was needed to be done (which I have no way to dispute as they never did an inspection with me) so I've had to just accept half my money back. I would also point out that they were meant to call me to arrange viewings leading up to the end of my tenancy, but every time I called they asked for my number to call me back on (which they never did), but surely they should have my details if they are meant to be telling me when a viewing is? I've really been let down by them and I would not recommend.

Daniel Craig Residential went above and beyond during our search for a place to rent in Newcastle. We went through many estate agents whilst searching for a home and they were by far the most responsive and helpful. Claire booked us in for two viewings at late notice, the gentlemen who showed us round both properties were knowledgeable and honest and when we decided to rent one of the houses, Pam was very friendly and efficient in answering our queries and contacting the landlord to confirm any outstanding issues. This included asking him whether pets were allowed when most other estate agents went off the listing details and in this instance the landlord was happy to allow pets despite the listed information. Since we have moved in they have made sure we were updated with any changes despite the fact we will now be communicating directly with the landlord. Highly recommended.

Daniel has looked after my flat in Gosforth for many years now. The initial relationship was landlord(me) and tenant(Daniel).
Daniel was such a great tenant that i was happy to hand over the property to his company to look after when he moved in to a larger home.
Daniel Craig have always found me excellent tenants and i can't believe that there would be a better agent in the area for looking after the maintenance of the property.
The very few issues that there have been have always been sorted by the amazing Pam. Don't go with the big chains where you just become a number on a screen, stick with the independents, you get a personal service.

Lovely staff that went above and beyond when I lost my flat keys on a weekend. Very efficient at dealing with any maintenance issues too. My boiler broke and it was fixed the same day by their plumber. It was great that I got all my deposit back too. Fantastic customer service, 10/10 would recommend.

Stronly advise avoiding this company, after years of complaints regarding the property I rented Daniel Craig served only to offend me, no repairs were ever carried out despite "promises" being made.
A chunk of my life has been ruined by these people who do not care in the slightest about tenants and have no problem at all lying to them. The file containing my complaints and photographs taken by them was...lost which is fairly impressive in an office the size of a shoe box.
Rude, arrogant and all around a general disgrace use at your own risk.

Absolutely fantastic agents. We managed to arrange our viewing just before Christmas and they had us moved in very quickly after the new year. The team were really helpful in helping us find our first home. Pam is always very friendly and efficient when I pop into the office and nothing is ever too much bother. A few teething problems when we moved in were sorted very quick and professionally.

Absolute rip off, scum bag letting agent. They were the worst letting agent I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Mouldy house that they did nothing about, boiler broke at least 4 times during our tenancy which left us with no heating for 5 days at one point. They are on the landlord's side, and have no interest in the tenants welfare. And at the end of our tenancy they took all of our deposit for cleaning the flat, when we left it in a better condition than it was when we moved in.
Avoid, completely, unless you want to live in mouldy disgusting house and then have 90% of your deposit taken off you.

Had many things wrong with this place. Had no heating through the winter for about 1 week and they just said we'd have to wait till after new year. Other little jobs i would ring up on and having to keep calling as they would just forget about it. Wouldnt deal with ever again
