Tenants Avoid. We didn’t even make the end of our 1yr tenancy. Issues with damp in the property took ages to resolve, property was frozen during cost of living. No sympathy from anyone at HP, people who came to look at damp were rude and condescending. Genuinely made me wonder why I was paying rent if none of that money can be used to make properties habitable. If you’re smart enough to look at reviews before signing the tenancy, you’re smart enough to reconsider. Wish we had.... Read more

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Heaton property did not fix any maintenance issues during our tenancy, and tried to charge us huge amounts from our deposit at the end of our tenancy for no apparent reason. Heaton property falsely claimed we left the house in a disgusting state and that we caused damage to the sofa which was clearly not the case. When challenged we received a very aggressive email from damiano threatening to take us to court if we did not agree to the reductions before a made up deadline he made ( 24 hours). If you value your sanity, do not go with this company. You just have to read the reviews on other websites to see this is a pattern of behaviour from management at this company. Unfortunately for him, we aren’t ones to be bullied or threatened and got some of our money back. If you have moved in recently take pictures of absolutely everything as this will save you the hassle when moving out. Please do not make the same mistake as us! And if he threatens you with court, fight back like we did and you will get what your owed.... Read more

The owner/ landlord is one of the most condecending and rudest men i have ever met. He stinks of small man syndrome with every sentence he says. Takes pride in trying to embarras his tenants any chance he gets. He's just an all round bully. Punto's is overpriced too. Lived round the corner for a year and only went the once despite discounts. Would give zero if I could, the worst!! When we moved in everything was broken or falling apart and even though they promised to fix/replace (never did). Have no respect for students and now refusing to give our deposits!! We left the place better then when we moved in, employees some of the worse people, don’t answer phones or emails.... Read more
