Wasted 4 months. Be aware that they say if I go ahead and sell to someone they have contacted which was only automated e-mails sent out that is e-mailing people at random then they can claim a fee from you by saying they were the first to introduce the person to your property up for sale, if that person buys from the property at a later date. Under valued the property saying it was to generate interest at auction then kept asking to reduce the selling price this was only after a couple of weeks, that seems to be the most proactive they were asking me to reduce it by £15k. Removed property of sites, claiming it was to generate interest, so it was not showing as up for sale at one point. Put the wrong auction date, a date which had passed when first posted.
