This company tried to illegally remove a hedgerow during breeding season and their employee
Bekki Sparks was verbally abusive when lawyers and ecologists tried to tell her what the law was. It was incredibly unprofessional behaviour and I would not recommend dealing with a company that allows that.

I would highly recommend DJ&P and especially Jemma Corbett. She helped me to secure my new tenancy at short notice (including working on her days off) which significantly reduced the stress of the move. Jemma was very helpful/responsive at all times - a true professional and a pleasure to deal with.
Also an additional recommendation for Tegan Bryant who responded very quickly to several maintenance issues that had been caused/left by the previous tenant.

We received an excellent and efficient service from DJ&P. They found us a suitable tenant for our property even though there were restrictions in place.
Our main contact was Jemma Corbett who we found to be responsive to our emails and all communications. From start to finish we have found Jemma professional and knowledgeable.

Overall, a really good and efficient service from DJ&P. I was able to get a viewing of a property within a few days of it being posted on Rightmove. We viewed the house on the morning of a Saturday and was happy to put our names forward there and then. It took no longer than 30 minutes before we were accepted by the landlord and then 3 weeks later, we have the keys to the property.
None of this would have been possible without the great service of Jemma Corbett. She was able to help us all the way and always replied via email very quickly with any concerns we had. Since being at the property, Jemma has messaged to see if we are all ok which I have not had with other estate agents. Also there were no admin fee's which helped us a lot.
