The worst estate agent in Northwood. Don't even bother with them. Unprofessional. The only time you hear from the owner is when she hears some gossip and then think it's ok to call you up like your a school kid and have a go at you. Very poor care or respect to tenants. It was fabulous experience here in Northwood by David Lichfield mainly led by sales representative Bobby. His experienced know-how and advice were always helpful. What we felt most was that their quite devoted manner in terms of services. Even we are the expat family from foreign country, he and his supportive team were always faithfully and kindly at our side. We duly recommend David Lichfield as the one of the most professional letting agent in Northwood. They were attentive to our desires and presented properties that ticked most if not all of the boxes on our list. After having a very negative experience with another estate agents, David Lichfield has renewed my faith in estate agents. We dealt mostly with Bobby and Liz but Anjana and Adam helped us out with queries. Anjana helped us deal with an issue with our electricity company after office hours on a Friday night, and stayed on the case until our problem was resolved. They have all been very professional and friendly throughout and contacted us after our move to check that all was well. Out of all of the agencies I have dealt with these guys are by fair the most professional. Forget Savills, (who incidentally were rubbish) David Lichfield have it nailed. When I was looking for a tenant, they always phoned me when they said they would, (which is very rare) they gave me unbiased advice, yet listened to what I wanted!! Lovely staff and highly recommend great communication and act on your needs as a tenant and am sure for the landlords I have been renting from David litchfield for three years and have had no problems with them at all. They deal with any queries or concerns you may have with your property and have quick responses. I totally agree with Graham Shoebridge, they over price their property, taking advantage of the high demand. I would avoid in particular a 3+ bed house just off green lane, northwood. now it is priced at 2350 pounds, you gotta be KIDDING me. the property is old, poorly maintained, the heating system is probably 20+ years old, even the property as double glazing, it was poorly retrofitted....
