Selling a house is perhaps only slightly less nerve-racking than buying one.
For this reason, I had no qualms in entrusting my property to the long-established and reputable Robsons' Moor Park office. Having made that decision, and after discussion with Partner Paul Fussey, I was swiftly reassured that the property - and I - were in safe and professional hands. In the occasional absence of Paul, my dealings with Associate Partner Liam O'Shea and Partner Simon Blitz were likewise handled proficiently.
The entire process of selling my long-term family home was one I was dreading, akin to bidding farewell to an old friend. Throughout the proceedings Robsons metaphorically held my hand and made the entire selling procedure considerably less stressful than might have been the case.

While I haven't ended up letting via Robson's, I want to write a review to mention that through my recent experiences with them, it is clear why they are the market leader in the Northwood and Pinner area.
I first approached them via a personal recommendation when I found that my family of 4, including two young children, had been served a Section 21 notice on the 4 bed property in Eastbury we had let for 3.5 years, and had just 6 weeks to find a new home.
The lead consultant from the Moor Park office called me straightaway and took the time to explain the market to me, offered advice for negotiating with my current landlord and arranged for me to speak to his lettings team.
James from the Northwood lettings team called me that same morning, instantly registered me, and organised an off-market viewing as the first candidate to view. While that property wasn't quite right, James has checked in by calling me every few days and talked through other property options to try to help me out at a very challenging time.
At some point in the future I will be buying or renting again in the Northwood or Pinner area, and I will 100% be contacting Robson's to support me through that process.
I remember great customer service, and teams that demonstrate both commercial expertise and empathy. Too many people seem to treat the property business as nothing more than a transaction, whereas I believe estate agents are in the business of creating family homes. The good agents realise this, nurturing the relationships to bring together buyer and seller, and creating the foundations for families to create happy memories and owners to secure fantastic tenants who care for their property as they would their own.

In 30 years of living in Moorpark I’ve always been under the impression that robsons seem to have a monopoly on the estate, and having just moved house again inside Moorpark, I can tell you why, they are simply the best. I never write reviews but in this instance these guys deserve it. They know what they are doing, they understand the market and if they can’t get you what you want, there’s no chance anyone else will. Listen to Neil and Simon, my sale and purchase on the same day was seamless thanks to the fact they handled all aspects of the move and just as importantly knew all the parties involved for some time. If they did haircuts, I’d go to them too.
