I would just like to add, that from the moment we started to work with Sam at David Rhys when selling my mother’s property he was very professional, courteous and diligent with us. Nothing was too much trouble and he kept us informed as required and the whole process ran smoothly indeed. I believe we sold the house to the right couple and without hesitation would use Sam again in selling any future properties.

I would thoroughly recommend David Rhys Estate agents. Throughout the whole process of selling the property from valuation to completion I was kept well informed and received excellent feedback after every viewing.

I drove 2.5 hours to view a property, having made an appointment, it never happened because they did not bother to inform me that it was already sale agreed. Stuck outside the premises waiting for them to turn up; no apology. They even had the temerity to say that I was rude! Utterly disgraceful shower.

My Wife phoned this company to request details of a house we were interested in buying in Budleigh. The man she spoke with had a very curt telephone attitude and we never did receive the details of the property we were interested in.
