Both Sarah and Elliot were very good, made appointments at short notice and their sales style was not pushy at all (which I really liked). Communication is an area for improvement, it became apparent when talking to the seller directly that information wasn't always being passed on and the manager of the branch was able to progress things that had stalled for a few weeks. Deakin White Review Naively, i decide to sell my family home in East Dunstable myself via an online estate agent. My family and I will only ever use Matt Lindsay to move home. He is a tenacious estate agent always has a solution to a problem and he is honest too! It doesn’t matter whether your home isn’t local to his office as he can sell your home where ever it is in especially in Herts Beds or Bucks as I’ve seen him sell friends properties in days when local agents have struggled for months. Selling my house through this company was one of the worst experiences of my life. From the day Ed turned up in shorts to do the valuation to the day we moved out we had to do all the chasing. The only saving grace was Emma who picked up a whole heap of mess from Sam who constantly told us "don't rock the boat". We tried to go multi agent but the contract did not allow for it, we tried to get the house remarketed when the buyers were dragging their feet only for Sam to refuse to do it. We waited 6 weeks for the buyer to send a builder to check the roof only to find out they thought Sam was arranging it, Emma sorted it out, the same thing with the buyer wanting an electrical survey again Emma sorted it out. Sam persuaded us to take a reduced offer so that we could get a quick sale that in the end took 6 months from offer to sale. There is no way I could possibly recommend this company for your own sanity go with anyone else other than Deakin Shi... Oops slip of the keyboard!... Read more
