Fantastic service! Put it on the market on Monday, had tenant by Wednesday - I honestly don't think it is possible to have had a better service. I have both purchased and sold four properties through Chase Buchanan and until very recently also rented a flat via their services.
Since 1996 I have called upon their knowledge and expertise and at no time been disappointed.
I have dealt with the Twickenham, Hampton Hill and Teddington offices and have always found them helpful, professional, courteous , but also retaining a sense of both calmness and humour throughout what is often a stressful time .
Only once did I use local "competitor" and soon regretted it.
Chase Buchanan offer an excellent and well informed service.

Absolutely lovely agents - from the get go they were so helpful, Lianne heard our requirements and managed to immediately find us a prospective rental property! We went to see it and Jenna was there to show us around (she was fantastic from start to finish, helped us visualise what we would do with the place if it was ours) and then both ladies sped us through the referencing process with no hurdles at all.
