I am so grateful to Laura who answered a desperate random phone call from me when I was in total despair as a landlord . Laura spent half an hour on the phone explaining all the things I needed to do to bring my flats up to regulations before helping me to sell them . She is straight to the point , no nonsense, get it done! And we did! Huge relief the flats are now sold and I owe it all to Laura and Dimensions. Not overly impressed with this small letting agency whilst searching for a property. Firstly the main woman that answers the phone in the office is very abrupt, verging on rude. Secondly they don't get back to you, i was waiting for a call from them regarding a property and nothing. When I tried calling the phone was not answered so gave up, and found a property from Mr Green, who I highly recommend.

As a landlord I can't rate Dimensions Estate & Letting Agents highly enough. Laura and her team are fantastic. They are professional, helpful and really great to work with. They certainly go the extra mile and rapidly respond to any queries. Most importantly, they get the job done and managed to rent our properties quickly to decent tenants, achieving a higher rent than other agencies advised. Photos and advertising were great, and the insurance and other services provided are really useful. Laura clearly knows what she is doing and her advice is sound. I am given two stars as found them very unprofessional of customer services of any kind which are very poor including their manners how they talk to people.
I had so much distress and made my mental/physical health worse from one particular staff member due to transphobia, threats and other reasons from past neighbours and grief given to mum from them which still haunts me til this very day.
I would not want to use them ever again & I wouldn't recommend them either as they need to balance good with bad & use it as acknowledgment so their business to get better and hope one day they will but not sure.
Reason I wouldn't let anyone go with this company as they don't sort any issues out but all they care about is the money (rent, deposit).
Me and mum have moved to a better rental place with another better letting agents now happy we out of decreped flat and not with these unpleasant company anymore.

Before moving to Dorset I was a student in Kent. I had the pleasure of dealing with over 4 letting agencies in my experience, both good and bad and with horror stories to boot. Laura and her team were fantastic in helping me settle in, especially in a difficult time with quarantine and being an Aspergers sufferer. They are fantastic in answering any questions, providing advice on any issues or concerns about the property all with a touch of genuine caring and a willingness to help. If you move into a property, bear in mind you need to provide your own tumble dryer and keep the property heated 24/7 - factor that into your budget. Below is a REAL email I received.
"Thank you for letting me inspect the property on Monday 10th February 2020. Please see my findings:
The first issue is that the property was extremely cold and when I entered the affected areas are on the external walls of the property because you are not keeping the property at a reasonable temperature. You should be keeping the property at a temperature between 18 and 25 Degrees Celsius to stop any mould from growing.
Another issue is that you are drying wet clothes in the apartment, if the property is not being properly ventilated and heated then this will cause mould and damp in the property. Drying clothes indoor let a lot of moisture into the apartment.
Please ensure that you are cleaning all walls with a fungicide wash or a bleach solution, walls should then be dried off once cleaned and ensure regular heat and ventilation is conducted."

This has been the best experience I have every had with an estate agent. Laura has been there to help and support throughout the buying process and is extremely professional in her dealing with her clients. I would highly recommend Dimensions Property to anyone I speak to and to all that read this review. Dimensions show that the personal touch is not lost and forgottten but very much alive in how they conduct thier business and this is one of the most important things to have when dealing with an estate agent is feeling comfortable and knowing that they have your asperations in hand. They are efficient, get back to you when they say they will, and seem to have a good list of reliable tradespeople who can sort out any issues that may arise at a reasonable price. I have mainly dealt with Laura, who is very professional, but her staff always seem helpful too. I wouldn’t use any one else!

I am travelling around the world at the moment feeling relaxed and secure in the knowledge that Laura and her amazing team are taking excellent care of my rental properties . Communication is always excellent by email and replies received same day when possible ( usually my fault if they don't !) I used one of the big letting agents before who were unreliable ,told me they had done checks on property when they hadn't ,who actually had no understanding of my needs as a client ,unlike Laura and her team who understand the needs of landlords (and tenants ) and even from afar keep me in the loop ! I’ve never felt compelled to write a review good or bad. But myself and my partner were let down this morning on a rental property which we were meant to move in this afternoon. I rang around all agents to find out what properties they could show me urgently as we would be homeless as of Friday this week. I must say from the moment Dimensions picked up the phone, I knew they would help me. We first met Laura 3 years ago and were so impressed with her professionalism and local knowledge, that we decided to appoint Dimensions as our agent for the sale of our property. It was Laura’s unlimited energy, enthusiasm and sheer determination that got us through what is always a stressful process! She was always positive and provided the reassurance we needed when we ran into issues, and was a great communicator, keeping us up to date on every step of the process.

After being let down last minute with a previous business, Catherine and Laura didn’t hesitate to help and take me on for two weeks. Which therefore allowed me to pass my course and I would not have been able to do it without their support! The team that works there are amazing at what they do and did everything they could to make me feel welcome and as part of the team. I have experienced great service from Dimensions both with renting and buying. I rented for 4.5 years in two properties. I always felt very well looked after by the team and any questions were professionally answered. When the boiler stopped working they organised a plumber to come the same day and all was sorted.
So onto purchasing, at the end of my tenancy I was talking about buying and they suggested a property, it was a great match and just four weeks later I moved in. There recommendations for the legals were great and helped what can be a difficult process through to a swift conclusion. All in all, thank you Dimensions, a great team and I love my new home!

When I had trouble with a tenant (resulting in legal action) they followed the letter of the law and actively supported me in the court. We were renting for almost 5 years and it was ok but the end of tenancy went very bad. Lauren did promise ring back after inventory, never did, we send a few email requests about the deposit but didn't get response, Lauren promised send invoice how much they will deduct (over the phone she said it will be £25) and never did. At the end we received the email from DPS and there was deduction of £100 with no exploration from agency.

I came to Dimensions as a landlord with a property I needed to rent to a reliable tenant. Dimensions were brilliant at taking me through the process to get the property marketed and then finding me a great tenant. Their knowledge of my property and what would help let it was excellent. We then needed to find a buyer for our property, in a market which was quiet. Other agents were not able to find a good buyer, Dimensions took on the sale after the letting and did another great job. Again their local knowledge was key to getting the sale through from offer to completion. I was kept well informed, and they were very proactive in keeping things going themselves and letting me know when I needed to get something done. All in all a great experience, and a big lesson for me, an agent with local knowledge and a proactive working style is worth their weight in gold. I completely recommend these guys to anyone else who is either letting or selling in Bournemouth.

From my experience I Rented with this company one of many of the landlord has with them. great service at start however at the end of the tenancy it was a completely unprofessional. The mother in charge sorry but I do not remember her name was very abrupt harsh and very rude. No ownership of her part in the management of the let what so ever. I felt completely dismissed was told it’s not her problem anymore take it up with the landlord and the phone was put down on me on more than one occasion. No people skills at all. If I had properties to rent I would certainly not consider this agent to manage them at all.

Laura dealt with our purchase of a new studio flat in Boscombe in July 2014 and could not have been more helpful. In November 2016 we decided to sell and four agents including Dimensions gave appraisals. Laura stood out for her knowledge, professionalism and reasonable fees. The flat took over five months to sell but Laura never lost her enthusiasm and patience, achieving a higher price than any of the other agents had quoted. Dimensions also dealt with other issues including cleaning, removals and reading meters. The agency is a local family concern and stands out from other corporate agents. Laura’s mother and Hollie have also been a pleasure to work with and I wholeheartedly recommend!
