I have been a tenant with Doorknobs (Tunbridge Wells) for the past 18 months, an in that time a few issues have arisen, leaking roof which caused damp, kitchen tap, extractor fan in bathroom and a broken down washing machine. Having reported the issues, Jodie, my contact at Doorknobs arranged the tradespeople to come and assess the problems within 24 hrs. I can’t thank her enough for her prompt and professional response and kind, respectful and courteous manner when dealing with my concerns. Thank you Jodie. I would highly recommend Doorknobs when considering renting a property as not only do they rent well appointed apartments, their property management is exceptional

I have been a tenant with Doorknobs for almost a year and have been very happy with their services. Lucy was very helpful and responsive arranging a viewing of the property, signing contracts etc. Any minor maintenance issues I have had were quickly dealt with. I have found Sophie to be very helpful and responsive with the renewal of my rental agreement. I can highly recommend them.

Excellent agency providing great service for landlords. They've sorted out all issues regarding tenancy and property management very efficiently, saving me a total headache. Would highly recommend.
Sophie Watson especially has been brilliant on the management side, but all Doorknobs staff (including Lisa Funnell and Jack Thrower who I have specifically had dealings with) are very friendly and helpful.

Doorknobs manage 2 flats for me. The company have sorted various problems efficiently and with care and respect. Communication via email or phone with every department is excellent. I recommend Doorknobs as a letting agent.

The entire Doorknobs lettings team give us a high quality service. After many years of them finding us lovely tenants, we gave them full management of three properties two years ago and now rely completely on Jack, Sophie, Lucy and Jodie, who continue to find good tenants, and have organised many maintenance projects both large and small. Without them we would be unable to continue offering good quality, well maintained homes to our tenants.

We have been renting with Doorknobs for just over a year now after signing up for a second year. From the very first viewing, signing the contracts with the agent Lucy it has been a seamless and stress free experience. No matter who we have spoken to for whatever reason we have been met by nothing but professionalism. We’ve experienced a few maintenance issues at the property which Doorknobs have been very quick to resolve. We couldn’t be happier.

Sometimes, in a "landlords" market, agents can lose sight of who it is actually paying the rent..... This has certainly NOT been our experience with the Team at Doorknobs. Whether it be admin or maintenance issues, Lucy, Jodie and Sophie are a pleasure to deal with, always responsive, prompt and efficient. Doorknobs seem to have the Landlord/Tenant relationship management balance just right. Thank you....

I recently renewed my rental agreement with Doorknobs. I am very happy with their service. Lucy has been very friendly and helpful and has responded to any queries quickly. They are the first rental agents where a regular inspeciton is performed, which gives me comfort that they are aware of any issues.
It was time for my renewal and Doorknobs let me know the new rent with good advance notice before the increase. The increase was also fair. I have also had the regular inspections, which is great and they have mediated well between me and the landlord for any changes that I want to make to the property.

As an older widow renting for the first time, I was quite nervous and apprehensive but the gals from Doorknobs were helpful and accommodating from the start. They welcomed my daughter visiting the prospective property with me and had exactly duplicated my needs so I moved into the very first property they selected. They have kept in touch, answering my questions since moving in and I would highly recommend them to anyone anticipating a home move.
