We put our property on with Savills a year ago. Through skilful and intelligent marketing they found us not one but two buyers, both offering over the asking price. Despite problems with our buyer’s buyer, our agent was very proactive, liaising with solicitors and other parties estate agents, ironing out problems (real or imagined) almost daily. He was instrumental in keeping the short chain together leading to a successful completion (against all odds!).
Very efficient, a skilful negotiator and professional at all times. I cannot rate them highly enough.

Savills valued the house in 2022, revalued it in May 2023 at the same price. Went to market June 2023, sold within 5 weeks at full asking price. Whole transaction went without a hitch. The whole experience was the best and the quickest I have ever experienced as a property owner, and I have worked in property for the last 20 years. We have the highest regard for Savills of Wimborne - having bought a house through them at the end of May. From our very first encounter (they were the only Wimborne agency to phone us personally when we put a general message out to all the local agents saying we had sold our home in Bristol STC and were looking for something in Wimborne town) they have been professional and personable. They also showed great patience both initially, when we were pondering on our potential purchase - and when the selling of our home became protracted.
We mostly dealt with Jamie Morten but always got a sense that he was part of the wider Savills team and on occasions when he was likely to be away from the office for a period of time we were alerted in advance and given an alternative contact person, should we need one. Emails and phone calls were always answered promptly; these things make a big difference when in the middle of what can be a stressful process. Jamie was upbeat, gave good advice and we felt he was always totally aware of the whole situation from everyone's perspective. A real pro.
Now settled into our new home we have no intention of leaving any time soon - so cannot imagine selling it; if our circumstances became such that we needed to we'd have no hesitation in instructing the Savills team.
