We had a great experience with Becky from Meyers. She was always in contact with us and provided alot of support throughout the whole process. She responds really quickly and has so much knowledge and experience. We had a challenging time with Selling a flat due to regulations around cladding and lease hold agreements. But she kept us informed and I always knew I could call her or the team to get advice and help when things we're not clear from my solicitors. You can have the best solicitor but it's so vital to have a talented estate agent to do the bulk of the communication with as we found solicitors are slow at communication and are off on the weekends sometimes when you need the support the most. Becky and her colleagues were incredibly friendly and I wouldn't be in my lovely home now without their support.

After a disappointing experience trying to sell our property with another established high street agent. We noticed Meyers sold signs regularly appearing, so gave them a call and met Becky, very professional, honest and the package she provided made you feel you were her priority from beginning to end, and she did exactly that! When you are either selling or buying your home, you want to deal with someone who will push for the same things you want. For us, Becky brought a much needed wake up call to the professionals dealing with the chain - a refreshingly welcome approach, I must say. We had the misfortune of our on-line Conveyancer system's crashing and without Becky's help finding us a new solicitor we wouldn't have solved this problem. 6 Weeks! 6 weeks it took for our purchase to go through, our other (selling) estate agent told us it would take at least 10-12 weeks. Becky’s no nonsense approach helped us get through our purchase, liaising with our estate agent she managed to find the untruths (mis-information) that our estate agent had told us. She tirelessly chased the chain from bottom to top and basically did what our estate agent should have done and was paid to do. It seemed the she was always available whatever the time, Becky setup a WhatsApp group for us so we could just pop a message in the group and even if she didn’t have the answer straight away she would reply and get the info for us. I would definitely use Becky if we were to sell our new house in the future as we felt that she went out of her way to help us out.

After selling our property, we went looking for a property to purchase. After calling a number of other estate agents, we called Becky at Meyers. From the first conversation it was obvious that she operated differently from the other estate agents. She wanted to know exactly what we were looking for and she wanted to help us to find it. The house we are now in was removed from the market a few weeks before, and Becky proactively spoke to the owners to find out if it was for sale (we had spotted this house whilst we were on the market and put in a call to the previous agent to be told it had been removed).
She was on the ball throughout the process and we always felt the she was on top of everything. There is no doubt whether you are buying or selling, you want to speak to Becky. She is passionate about what she does and she gets results! We wish we had met Becky when we first went on the market and she will be our first call next time around!

Becky sold our 5 bedroom house for us in Colehill. We had been with another agent for 6 weeks without a single viewing. Becky came in as an additional agent and by using social media and videos she was able to get across all of the positive features of our home, even in lockdown. Within 10 days we had 7 viewings and 2 offers on the house. We accepted an offer close to asking price, and completed 9 weeks later. There were issues along the way with the chain, but Becky was proactive, totally engaged and instrumental in keeping everything together and getting the chain to completion. We have never worked with an estate agent as approachable and dedicated. We would not hesitate to recommend her to others, and in fact already have, and would definitely use her for our next house move. I don't think there is a house out there that she couldn't sell, but if she can't sell your house, she will die trying.
