Sold our house with DPSH. It took 8 months, mainly due to the solicitors they 'highly recommended'. We did all the viewings ourselves and had to push for them to encourage the buyers to come back with a higher offer. THEN when we actually sold our house - we heard nothing from them for the full 8 months except 1 token phone call asking us to ring them with an update.... Including on the day we completed and exchanged, we had to arrange to meet the buyers at the house - no phone call checking it had all gone ok, I don't even know if they know we have sold.... I presume they do because they have got a load of money for doing absolutely nothing. Would not use again and would not recommend. 1 star is generous.

Amazing service.
We reached out to Dan Pearce after being mucked up by another "prominent Agency" in the same area. I was a bit skeptical at the start (once bitten twice shy) but after talking to Tanya things started to fall in place.
Once our offer was accepted, we wanted to move in as soon as possible. And Tanya worked very closely with the Landlord to sort everything out for us.
And a special shout out goes to Milee, who went up and beyond to show us the house once again.

So where to start with
I had a house with them and that was my biggest mistake
They took 3 months + 1200 deposit so i can move in the house with my wife
We gave all these money and the house had no electricity and no gas and i had to fix it with the company and i was without electricity 3 days
My contract was for 6 months and they started viewing the house to other people from the 3 third month to sell it while we was still in
Once me and my wife was sleeping and they came in the house without even noticing us no call no nothing while we was sleeping that's insane
The worst of all things is that my 1200 deposit when we left the house they never gave it to us
We cleaned all the house we fix some small damages we have done with our money so we can take the full deposit but they never gave it to us they said they don't know who took the money the girls there inside was like we never took it or we took it and we gave it to big boss Dan Pearce so i called the big boss and he said girls never gave it to me
so they had no idea where the money went
I went to the police to report it and i was socked what they told me
I swear to my mother they told me that 20 different houses people 20 different families went there and said the same for this company
I have never seen that before up to 20 different people had lost their money
Be careful with those people with that specific store and company

We used Dan Pearce in Morley for our sale which took many months since we were unable to find a bungalow that suited us. Charlotte - the then manager- was exceptionally friendly and helpful - even ringing us about new properties to the market which we may not have seen.
When we found a property the progress was taken over by Kyle - the new manager. He was absolutely great at his job - updating us on a regular basis and always happy to have a chat.
When we had a problem in the middle of the chain he went above and beyond his role liaising with all the solicitors and estate agents to resolve the issues.
We can't recommend Dan Pearce Morley highly enough. So here's a massive thank you from us guys.

Wow! I’ve used other agents before but this is in a completely different class. The first time renting my property out through Tanya, she handled everything to the last detail and even told me things that I legally have to do but didn’t even realise. It was such a smooth hand over (literally just dropped the keys off and didn’t need to do anything else) and the amount of contacts she has to help sort things to get them to legal standards are endless. At times when I did, I messaged but she had already sorted them without her even thinking she needed a thank you. But THANK YOU Tanya!

I was in quite a worrying situation, only four days to go before I had to vacate my rental property as the lease was about to run out.
I'd been trying for a while to find somewhere new, but had no luck.
A friend suggested that I call Dan Pearce living Ltd.
I spoke to a very helpful member of staff named Tanya, I told her my story and she simply said not to worry. She had arranged a viewing for the next day of a beautiful one bedroomed flat.
I was given the keys and moved in three days later. I'd gone from a very stressful situation to absolute joy.
No need to say that I strongly recommend getting in touch with Dan Pearce living Ltd, Tanya and the team pulled out all the stops and I'm now a very happy bunny.

Tanya the Lettings manager was superb from start to finish, a true end to end service not just about getting the deal done and commission. Tanya is a credit to the profession and to the company and I’ve no hesitation in saying that. The service provided was professional friendly and excellent. Purchased and rented a property through Dan Pearce, excellent on both accounts. I would recommend both if you are looking to purchase a home or let it out. I only used the tenant finder service, i received the rent i desired both Tanya & Laura were very efficient at handling any queries that came up.

Awful experience as a landlord which I’m now taking legal action on. Tanya was very proactive in moving tenants into my property, so proactive that she did it without checking with me first and so I now have people living in my house who I did not authorise and who are trespassing. Apparently the family I authorised pulled out so she moved in the “next best option” without checking with me first. It’s only when I pressed the matter that I was able to obtain the paperwork and establish their names. So far I haven’t received any rent on time (and none this month) so this is very concerning. I would urge other landlords to avoid.

We approached Dan Pearce and Tanya to help with our rental after reading other positive landlord reviews.
Tanya quickly laid out the process with lots of details and costs, which provided good value. As soon as we needed to discuss further, Tanya was on hand with advice and quickly answered any questions. The service provided everything we required and quickly found us lots of good options for new tenants. The hardest part was deciding who to enter contract with.
We chose Dan Pearce for the tenant find and rent collection service. Based on our experience so far, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Absolutely amazing letting service provided by the Dan Pearce team.
My previous agent let me down with poor communication and collection of rent
Tanya at the Morley office has been proactive on sorting out repairs, changing locks, chasing up rent and organising viewings at a rapid rate.
It really has been a 5 star service that I don’t think could have been bettered by anyone else. Really happy they are managing my properties and feel 100% confident they will deal with any matters arising.
