Having previously having evaluations on my property for equity release to then have one from Durbins was a total shock as within minutes of being in property gave a valuation without really inspecting the property or garden and was asked to leave soon after as totally unprofessional arriving with pre conceieved price and shocked to find out the house was 3 story. A shame as grew up with Durbins in Mountain Ash and always had a good name but alas I can sadly say this is no longer the case it seems as we can all have unrealistic values in our own minds I know. But to call that a valuation beggars belief... Read more
