We are feeling so lucky Hedd was the one to have guided us through the process of getting our new (and first) house.
We felt so overwhelmed by the choices on the market and Hedd has professionally and passionately supported us through the whole process.
From the first moment, we knew Hedd had our best interest in mind. She went the extra mile to understand our needs and wants, and helped us envision how our dream house should look like.
Hedd has been very approachable and was always happy to support us with all of our odd enquiries (again, it is our first house and we didn't have a clue about many things).
She gave us continuous updates and made sure the whole process went as smoothly and calmly as possible (which it was !).
Hedd, we can't thank you enough for all the technical and emotional support you've given us during the last few months, the process would have looked completely different without you.

We’ve been dealing with T Samuels Estate Agents for a number of years from firstly renting one of their properties to then buying from them.
When we needed to relocate for work we decided to rent out our property and of course the rental team at T Samuel were our number one choice to use as agents.

I can not recommend this Estate Agents enough. From the beginning, communication was excellent and the girls in the office were very prompt in answering all queries I had.
House was marketed well and sold within a few days of being on the market. Throughout the process of the sale I was kept well informed and the agents were very proactive in communicating with the purchaser to chase things and speed up the process. I viewed my first house in February this year. Loved every aspect of it Claire, was extremely helpful, got my offer accepted quickly, there were a few minor things that happened in between but recently just completed very glad I waited and now I have the keys ???? to my lovely first home. I have to say another staff member the other day also helped me with some local phone numbers I needed for repair work very kind and efficient also. I would recommend 5* service and helpful. Update: They got in touch really quickly after this review to apologise and managed to book us back in for a slot later in the day, happy with this resolution.
Booked a viewing, arrived and nobody came, called the office but phone kept ringing for 10 minutes with no answer before so we just gave up. Not a great first experience with this agent.
