Valuation appointment booked for Midday. Still no courtesy call to say Lee is running late at 13:08. My wife has had to go out, having spent two days getting the property ready and I have wasted an hour's lunch break, waiting. They were really poor in getting back to us for arranging an earlier viewing, by which time the owners had accepted an offer. They are overloaded with calls on mornings and then don't check with each other as to whether they have already called someone about their missed calls and I got 2 extra unnecessary calls whilst at the office. I now wouldn't let them sell my dog's basket and hope I don't have to buy from their advertised stock.... Read more
