We were always kept informed of appointments, active in sending the feedback and offers through , and there was always good communication between all members of the staff and ourselves. The staff went above and beyond to make the selling process as smooth as possible for us as the clients. I highly recommend them.

I just rented a property with this branch and everything went through perfectly , Caitlyn and Abbie were absolutely fantastic and I couldn’t recommend enough honestly , they both showed great team work and were awesome , everyone else in the office was so polite and asked me how my day was going and made the effort towards me , I dropped my walking stick and the gent picked it back up for me so kind! As an elderly pensioner I’m not the best with understanding how renting works with the terminology for things but Caitlyn went through everything step by step with me and made the process to easy, Thanks so much again will definitely rent again with you guys!

I dealt mainly with Chloe and she was brilliant at communicating throughout the whole process, always returning calls or emails promptly and giving regularupdates. She actually saved me a big delay, due to my surveyors, by noticing they hadn't been in touch with the vendor after they told we they would be. Overall I would highly recommend.

21st Apr 2024 (20 weeks ago)Many thousands in debt which should be paid off but you kept the rent going and also claimed rent from another tenant. Poor service and houses in terrible condition. Worst service ever. In still waiting for a reply about the arrears. Getting rent of two tenants for over a year !!! And the money owed was because of damage made when I was away.
16th Aug 2024 (24 days ago)Really good experience, from viewing to purchase. Viewing was conducted in a really unobtrusive, helpful and non-pushy way. All communication was very friendly, polite and prompt. Whole process was really straight forward and entire sale went through within about twelve weeks, despite some minor delays. Everyone we dealt with was great, and Matt was particularly good. Thank you so much, all, we are delighted with our new house ????

26th May 2022 (2 years ago)The unique service offered by Griffin has enabled me to complete a DIY sale of my home on the Internet using national property sale platforms as if I was the website. I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job. If I ever need to sell a home in future I will immediately use the Griffin service and have been recommending them to family and friends. Thank you.

16th Jun 2022 (2 years ago)I would advise anyone selling their home to stay well clear of this estate agent complete waste of time and money would take me to long to write all the bad points but there aren't any good points I am not the only one who has had issues with her.

It wasn’t until my contract ended and I chose not to continue that they actually promoted the house properly by which time I had to tell them they hadn’t removed it from advertisement as per my request. I wouldn’t use them again unfortunately

31st Jul 2024 (6 weeks ago)Our overall experience with Bettermove is one of disappointment. They sold a model whereby they would market our property to their pool of investors. Essentially they put our house on Rightmove for a slightly higher price then they said they would pay us and left it there. I had to chase for updates and when they responded it was to say that their investors thought the price was an issue! So why didnt you speak to us about that and say what we thought to reducing. I dont actually think they've got investors, just people who want a cash purchase in certain areas. Fortunately we didn't pay Bettermove any money for their services and we ended the contract as soon as we could

Wonderfully warm with the perfect essence of a Lady Agent from Wales. A breath of fresh air from the desk/computer based Agent dare I say? Book her! Seriously Meant! Janthompsonoriginals.
5th Jul 2024 (9 weeks ago)BE VERY CAREFUL!!! Once these lot have your deposit they ignore you. We agreed to buy a buy to let from these and went through the mortgage application with our own agent. We then found out they had overvalued thr property by a fair amount, not allowing us to get a mortgage. We were then told we had to use their mortgage person, which cost us another £300 but we had no option. They also could not get us a mortgage because the value was less than 50k. Upon telling these lot, they are now ignoring our calls, you can't speak to the refund team as only on email, no managers have phones and they won't give us our deposit back even though it states we are entitled to it back for following their stipulations. I'm no being ignored by the salesman Jack and no one will return emails etc. I will be taking this to the Ombudsman too, to highlight this appalling service and blatant overvalued to gain mortgage applicants. They had the same listing on their site for £52,500 and £46,000. We found this after we had agreed a price. So be very careful not to deal with these people. They are rude and have total lack of customer service once they have your deposit. Zero stars from me!!!
15th Aug 2024 (25 days ago)Wayne was excellent though out. Very helpful, arranged second and third viewings with no fuss. Wayne was very knowledgeable about all properties he showed us and gave us honest thoughts about each one. The solicitors and mortgage advisor Wayne recommended we’re also very helpful and lead to a quick and stress free sale. Would definitely recommend Wayne as first time buyers he helped us every step of the way.

23rd Aug 2024 (17 days ago)I have contacted fine and country 4 times to try and arrange a viewing on a property that we are interested in in Wenalt road rhiwbina Cardiff and they don’t get back to you. The seller is no doubt paying a lot of money to sell the property and are getting a really poor service. How many other people have tried to view and the seller lost potential sales. Very poor service.
