I contracted with Eden Homes early in 2022 to sell my mid -terrace, 5-bed Wandsworth home of 35 years. I was determined to use a local, mainstream, national/international estate agency but my husband insisted I keep an open mind and meet Dean. He came to the house and spent time answering my numerous questions, demonstrating an excellent knowledge of the property market. He was respectful, warm and easy to get on with. I was soon convinced he would give me the support and personal service I wanted. I was never disappointed.
The photographer was excellent and good to work with. My input with editing the house particulars was accepted and actioned promptly. Dean would call to report on every viewing as soon as it was done. All feedback he received by message or email was shared with me. Negatives and positives. This was very helpful.
Dean nurtured me through the ups and downs of the selling process with patience and sensitivity. 2022’s economic fluctuations and interest rate hikes were unsettling, but Dean always took time to evaluate the ever-changing situation and discuss how it specifically affected me. Eden Homes simultaneously and successfully managed the sale of my husband’s rental flat in Putney. As my husband was battling cancer throughout the year and was rarely able to be involved with the process, Dean’s wealth of experience, calm and caring approach worked well for both of us.

Dean was excellent when he sold our house. He provided a personal service and he went “over and above” constantly. He was always available to speak to, was knowledgable and got us more offers than other estate agents who we had previously been with. He genuinely cares about his job and doing the best for people. We’re really grateful to him and would highly recommend.

Always a pleasure dealing with Dean and his team. I wouldn't use another estate agent. Communication and care has been excellent through out the whole sales process. No hard sell so to speak. Speedy responsive and a pleasure to deal with. If only all house sales were this pain free. Dean was always helpful and positive and it almost feels wrong to call him an estate agent and lump him in with all the others that are only in it for themselves. I have dealt with Eden a number of times and they are always my first choice.

My mother tried to sell her property for more than 10 years but no avail but as soon as Dean of Eden Homes took on the challenge, it was an easy ride from then. Dean is a personable, hardworking person. His able to provide all the help that my mum requires to sell her house. He managed to sell the property within 3 months, as well as helped us find our beautiful 4 bedroom home in Godalming in the process. With Dean's many years of experience he made the whole process of selling and buying house easy and stress free.
Dean of Eden Homes is outstanding, very professional and he really cares and listened to the needs of his client. I highly recommend him to anyone and I would use his service again.

Dean from Eden Homes has been fantastic, we have dealt with other agents who have honestly been awful. From beginning to end Dean has been a absolute rock, chasing solicitors and keeping everyone on track.
He has been calm and reassuring through the whole process, which when combined with other agents and multiple solicitors can be really stressful.
Save yourself some pain, use Dean and his experience to make the sale of your house one less thing to worry about. He is a really nice, honest guy which is truly rare in this field in my humble opinion. He is a true gem.

I have dealt with many real estate agents in my time but Dean Perkins of Eden Homes was one of the best. Ethical & trustworthy.
He genuinely had our best interests at heart. I remember him saying ‘if the client wins we all win’. Dean helped us sell our 3 bed flat in Innes Gardens, Putney. He also provides a one stop shop all included in the commission fee: professional photos, floor plan, listings referrals to great property lawyers & mortgage brokers too.
Dean had our place on the market & had a buyer within 4 days & Dean was able to attain for us a record breaking price for the area - near double what we bought it for 4 years prior.
Dean has extensive working knowledge of the South West London area & I’ll use him again. If you are looking for an agent Dean is the one to trust. His commission rate is also highly competitive.
