Shocked by the lack of professionalism; when the mortgage valuation came back lower than the original offer, a particular ‘partner’ lost his polite persona and started blaming us for the price discrepancy. He even threatened us via email with lies.
My understanding is that estate agents should have developed skills in negotiation. The ‘partner’ did not allow any until we were contemplating walking away from the table.
Due to our recent experience we will not be selling or purchasing through this company again and won’t be recommending it to any of our friends, family or colleagues.

We wholeheartedly recommend Knight Frank and would not hesitate to engage them again .The team at the Bristol office handled the sale of our house with dedicated professionalism and expertise.
Freddie’s time and careful consideration at the initial valuation was reassuring and much appreciated. Viewings followed without delay,always with feedback from Freddie or Patti and within a month we were under offer. When our purchasers backed out unexpectedly just days before exchange of contract we were especially grateful for the way the team at the Clifton office sprang into action. The “under offer” sign disappeared as if by magic and very quickly, we had viewings arranged, two of which resulted in an offer of the full guide price. Thanks to Knight Franks expert and careful management of what was for us a very difficult and stressful situation, we were back under offer within two weeks. The contract proceeded to completion on time under Freddies watchful eye and he or another member of the team were always available to answer any queries.
