What a fantastic estate agent! From start to finish it has been a professional, friendly and smooth process. Dan took wonderful photos, a great advert and sold my property within 2 weeks! They always answered the phone, kept me informed and you really feel like you are in safe hands. I cannot recommend them more!

I was a first time buyer, and as a buyer I thought E&S did a fantastic job. Zuhre was very responsive, understanding, and honest during the process, explained what needed to be done, and did a great job liaising with the sellers (which was not always easy!). Dan was very good at showing the property, and understood well on what needed to be done, and did a great job getting both the sellers and me to agree on completion.
Even though the sellers were their clients, I thought they did a great job looking out for me too. Would definitely recommend, and use them for selling a property.

We have nothing but praise for the level of service we received at Elliott & Smith especially with Dan. It was a year from going on the market to finally selling. We had buyers immediately but couldn’t find the right property and subsequently lost buyers, but E & S never pressured us and were supportive while we eventually found the right property. During the final weeks before exchange Dan did his upmost to keep us informed to which we were very grateful.

Big thanks to the team at Elliott&Smith! We recently purchased a property and they were super helpful. Our first viewing was on a bit of a whim (we saw Steve finishing up a different viewing and he accomodated our request for a quick look round). They also squeezed us in for a second viewing shortly after and Dan was incredibly good at chasing up the seller / solicitors and keeping us in the loop at all times. E&S always answered emails / calls and returned calls when they said they would. Thank you!

Incredible Team that cared about us the whole journey. Big thank you to Dan, Zuhre and Julie for there attention to detail, professionalism and really understand what we wanted from a home and us a couple.
From arranging the viewing to putting our offer in they have always communicated clearly with the both of us giving clarity on next steps and expectation. They always reassured even when I called to ask the smallest question were non judgement mental and understanding. Dan on our viewing had a geniene love the house well now our house now ???? and helped us have the vision for what could be.
After some not so great experiences - to put it lightly with other estate agents in the area, E&S restored our faith for the search for our perfect home.
We would highly recommend the and they would be our first choice if we ever looked to move house again.

Can't thank this cheerful, friendly, family team enough for helping me to sell my deceased dad's flat. I had no idea what had to be done and they were always on hand to help either via email or a phone call and if I paid an unannounced visit to the office when I was passing, I was always made to feel welcome and each one would take time to say hello or have a few words.
All were knowledgeable, informative, and kept me updated frequently, even why a viewing wasn't successful which is so important and I appreciate the honesty. Very professional. Can't fault them.
I will certainly recommend Elliot & Smith.
